I have a multisite 8 microsits (subsites). I have one main home site that I want to use the events calendar Pro on. I bought a single license. Only have the Events Calendar Pro activated on the one site, and I am receiving this message in the License Key Area.

Thank you! You have enabled a valid license. It looks like you are using this license within a multisite network. If you have 11 or more subsites, want network-level management, and/or require automatic updates, you need to upgrade to a multisite license. Read more about license options.

I did some looking around in the previous forums, and it looks like there might have been some answers, but all of them were marked as private, so they werent any help to me.

    Looking for some direction.

    thanks!

I would recommend reading the following: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/multisite-license/

I believe it should answer all of your questions.
Basically, it is totally possible to use a personal license on a multi-site setup.

However, you will need to make sure the plugin is installed at a local level, not a network level.

    Have a good weekend,

Geoff, thank you for your insight. I guess I am unsure on how to install a plugin at the local level. The only way I know how to is to install it on the network level, but then go to my individual site and activate it on each particular site I want to use it on. Is there another way to do this?

    thanks for your help.
