Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the shortcode not working for you.
I would love to help you with this topic.Would it be possible to get an example of a page where you have used the shortcode (URL) ?
Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberGood evening Mark,
Thank you for writing back.
For some reason, I am not able to access your site with that URL (or the /events/ URL for that matter).
Is it possible, that there needs to be changes to the host files for this to work ?
Without seeing more, it’s hard to say, but I would recommend trying the 2 following things:
- Experiment with different settings for the first 2 options found at Events -> Settings -> Display
- Make sure you re-save your permalinks after each attempt.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Mark,
Sorry for the delay answering.
It took a while for me to get to that email.I do have some relatively good news.
The reason why the shortcode is not displaying appears to be related to your theme’s default page template. Most likely, there is probably something custom in that template on how the WordPress loop is being used.
By simply switching the event-test page page template to “Slider Revolution Blank Template”, you will see that the shortcode does indeed work.
With that in mind, the look is probably not what you are looking for.
My recommendation would be to create a new event page template that follows the basic WordPress loop structure so that you can select it on pages where you plan on using the shortcode.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,
