MemberGood evening Chris,
Thank you for writing back.
I am glad your tests were met with success. Kudos!
If deactivating the plugin solved the issue, chances are that there is indeed a conflict between the two.
Out of curiosity, would you mind sharing your system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

MemberGood evening Paula,
Thank you for your answer.
the attributes are unable to load. Earlier in the thread, you assured me that Event Ticket plus runs smoothly with Woo Comm and Divi, however, one still needs the event ticket plugin activated together with the Event tickets plus plugin. So we are back to square one with the event tickets still causing a problem with the products.
I am sorry that the addition of Event Tickets Plus did not yield better results.
As stated before, there is no known reason why there should be an issue between Divi and our products. In fact, I have tested this personally on my end.
The good news is that purchasing Event Tickets Plus also entitles you to premium support, including the use of private replies.
For that reason, I would like to invite you to continue this conversation in a premium thread here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/forum/event-tickets/event-tickets-plus/
Simply make sure you refer the current thread in there (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/event-tickets-with-woocommerce-products-on-divi-theme-not-working/).
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Secondly, could you share screenshots of the issues at the same time.
Hang in there as we get to the bottom of this one together!

Thank you for writing back and for your awesome understanding.
To your point, we totally understand and appreciate the fact that everybody has different requirements for their website.
This why we made sure our plugins are customizable when it comes down to view and behaviours.

For now, I am going to close this thread.

MemberGood evening Stephen,
Sorry that the CSS did not cut it.
Here is a revised version:
@media screen and (max-width: 568px) { #tribe-mobile-container .type-tribe_events {
padding: 20px 10px 16px !important;
background: rgba(252,252,252,0.83) !important;
}
}Thank you for sharing the link.
The idea is indeed to make sure the customization touches every possible link.
Another snippet you will be interested in is: https://gist.github.com/elimn/d2bfcd659e99771e3abbLet me know how that goes.

I would love to help you with this topic.By the looks of it, I believe you are missing at least one plugin to ensure proper compatibility.
I would highly recommend going through the following articles thoroughly as a first step:

We are sorry to hear about the additional ticket fields not appearing properly on your site. Yikes!

Secondly, by the sound of it, it looks like there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:- A conflict with another plugin
- A conflict with your WordPress theme
- A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
- Make a backup of your database
- Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Imad and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.but where can I see this information in the Admin Panel?
My best recommendation would be to thoroughly read the 2 following articles:
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/managing-your-orders-and-attendees/
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/collecting-attendee-information/
This should enable you to find your additional ticket information.
You will also probably be interested by the following extension: https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/add-event-and-attendee-information-to-woocommerce-order-details/
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Natasha,
Thank you for writing back and sharing your findings.
I believe I have found a snippet that completely deactivates the recurring events option from all new event and edit event screens: https://gist.github.com/GeoffEW/89a374aa190422f7fc1f56eb14e27a67
I am pretty sure that should achieve what you are looking for.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood afternoon Gustav,
Thank you for your patience.
As promised, I followed up on the date and time of check-ins and there is no short-term simple automated way to get the check-in date and time in the reports.
With that in mind, this is such a great idea that I have opened a ticket for this to become an extension.
Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point. But stay tuned, you will be contacted as soon as it is released.
Have a good weekend,
Geoff B.
