GuestHi!
I am looking to switch from a different calendar plugin to yours and have been setting up a few test events but the one thing our clients need is a notification when someone RSVPs for their events. I have gone through the settings, forum and Knowledge base and it doesnt seem like its possible or solutions I have found in the forum dont seem to be working for me. I read in the forum that https://betternotificationsforwp.com/ plugin could be an option but I couldnt get it to work.
Is this something that can be achieved with some custom code?
Thanks for your help!

GuestMy client needs this exact solution except I need the notification email going to the presenter. I’d settle for an admin email notification though.
From what I’ve read in another support case is this feature is available in the Tickets Plus Plugin but I couldn’t find any additional documentation that talked about it. I’m fine with buying the premium version of this plugin IF it can give proper email notifications on just normal RSVP’s. Please advise.

MemberGood evening Austin and Shane and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.

You could apply the following snippet in the functions.php file of your theme (without the PHP tag at the top): https://gist.github.com/cliffordp/4f06f95dbff364242cf54a3b5271b182

I am guessing that presenter means organizer in this case.
So the good news is that no purchase is necessary in both cases, unless of course you like the cool features Event Tickets Plus gets you: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets-plus/
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

GuestThat is awesome Geoff, I used the bottom solution to send the email to the organiser and it worked perfectly!
We are replacing our current calendar plugin that seems to be full of bugs and we are constantly having issues…we dont need the functionality of the paid version but if we ever do I will definitely look at purchasing it.
Thanks for your help!
