MemberGood evening Andaiye,
Thank you for writing back.
Unfortunately, it looks like the files did not make it with your last reply.
Would you mind storing your theme and your changes in a .zip file and then putting that .zip file on Dropbox or Google drive.
This way, you will be able to share the link (which should prevent any issues).
Hang in there!

MemberGood evening Carly and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. You are absolutely right. Major kudos!
Setting pages to “Private” means that nobody but you or another WordPress admin can see them.If you are interested in restricting access to the purchase process, you could do so in other ways (password protection, require login to purchase, etc…).
Is there anything else I can help you with on this topic ?
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Eddy and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions. Can I create two separate calendars with separated events?
That is a great question. The answer is “sort of”. You can read all about it here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/can-you-have-multiple-calendars/
Can we integrated the system of payment of https://www.heartlandpaymentsystems.com/ to sell tickets of the events ticket plus plugin or Community Tickets?
Apparently, the answer is yes. You just need to make sure your payment gateway has a WooCommerce plugin to support it: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-securesubmit-gateway/
on the Community Events I can edit or add different fields for the front end submission form?
Actually, the best way to do that would be via the Events Calendar Pro’s additional fields: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-additional-fields/
Another way to go about it that could work (but is not supported) would be to do a template (view) customization, as our plugins are made to support that.
You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.
Simply put, you can modify any view to your liking.
1- Sync event with google maps?
Yes our plugins provide Google Maps integration. the Events Calendar Pro even provides a Map view: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/
I guess it depends what you mean by “sync” ?
2- Social Media Sharing
Events are custom post types. As such, they support the vast majority of social sharing plugins out there.
For that reason, we do not offer any built-in feature for that, as our customers typically prefer to use their favourite plugin.
3- 2 types of price per event (members and non members)
Yes, that can be accomplished via one of the many WooCommerce role-based or group-based pricing.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

I would love to help you with this topic. That pairing of versions is perfect.
However, I would still advise making a complete database backup beforehand. Moreover, it is worth testing the updates at length (preferably in a staging/testing environment) first in case there are any issues with your WordPress theme or another plugin.
One thing I am noticing is that your version of PHP is getting quite old.
You might consider getting at least 5.4+ (in fact WordPress recommends 7+) to avoid any undesired behaviour.Let me know how that goes.

One sure way to solve that type of issue is to have the system send tickets from any chosen email address by simply installing, configuring and testing the following plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/
Using a real SMTP server with authentication will bypass the built-in WP mail functionality altogether.
Please make sure you configure and test the settings using the plugin’s built-in tool.

MemberGood afternoon Math,
Thank you for writing back and for the files.
However, the issue is with your version of Noo-Ivent, not it’s child theme.I would actually need a copy of your current version of Noo-Ivent.
As a side note, if you have not already, you should be using the latest version of that theme (1.7.1)For some reason, something is blocking the automatic gathering of system info.
Would you mind simply copy-pasting it in a private reply ?As for your third issue, this comes form your child theme.
More specifically, you have several customizations for the different views under the /tribe-events/ folder. These view templates need to be updated to include some of our most recent code or simply disabled.
As a quick test, you could temporarily rename /tribe-events/ to /z_tribe-eventsHang in there!

MemberGood afternoon Donna,
Thank you for writing back.
For some reason I am unable to see the attached image.
Would you mind resending it via the forum post (not the email) or perhaps using a Dropbox or Google Drive link ?As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Finally could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.Hang in there!
