    Is there a way to have WP send an email with the attendee details and ticket field sets. I cannot have the staff login to wordpress to get the information each time someone signs up for something. I was ready to go live with this in the morning and will have to switch to EventBright if this does not work, something I do not want to do 🙁

    I would love to help you with this topic.

    The short answer is yes. You can do just that with the following extension: https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/add-event-and-attendee-information-to-woocommerce-order-details/

    From there, you will simply need to make sure that the WooCommerce order email gets BCCed to the email addresses of your choice.

    Great thanks I have it set up. Please see attached, why is it sending a security code.
    Also i turned tickets off, but it is still sending one.

    For some reason I am unable to see the attached image.
    Would you mind resending it via the forum post (not the email) or perhaps using a Dropbox or Google Drive link ?

    As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

    Finally could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.

    Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
    This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.
