Moving RSVP and Ticket Forms

Hello we just purchased the Tickets Plus yesterday. Immediately we discovered that the setting on the back end under tickets tab where it allows you to change the position of the ticket section is not working. No matter which option you chose the widget section remains at the very bottom of the page. We are using Woo Storefront as our theme. Can anyone tell us what we might be missing? Thank you
