“I went to your website to order tickets for myself and W***** A****** for the bubble mug class. After I enter my info and check all the boxes and then click add to cart I get a thing that says page not found. I have tried getting the reservations a couple of times. Do you have any suggestions for me? Can you please add Wendy and I to the class list. We don’t want to lose our spots!”

ParticipantOK…I think the problem was that I had my cart page set to private. Annnd my checkout page was set to private. In fact all my woocommerce pages were set to private…so I changed them all to public.

I would love to help you with this topic.You are absolutely right. Major kudos!
Setting pages to “Private” means that nobody but you or another WordPress admin can see them.If you are interested in restricting access to the purchase process, you could do so in other ways (password protection, require login to purchase, etc…).

having trouble with stripe…they confirmed they are using “credit card”
option rather than paypal. Are you able to help me troubleshoot this? I

- Can you confirm that other customers are fine using Stripe?
- Can you tell me exactly what happens to the customer when they try to purchase the wine glass etching ? (messages)
