Can you try something for me? Would you mind completely deleting the license key, uninstalling PRO and then downloading PRO again from your account dashboard, re-installing it, and re-inputting your license key for EA please?

So I took a look at your site, and this appears to be anΒ issue with your minification of CSS. If you can turn that off (at least for the calendar page) everything should work as expected. π

Unfortunately these aren’t bugs, but rather, are limitations of trying to use a premium plugin Β single site license on a single sub-site of a multisite in WordPress. π You can read more about that here.

Thanks for reaching out, happy to help here! π This seems to be a styling issue, possibly a theme conflict.
1. I’d recommend first trying some of the other options under “Events>Settings>Display>Default stylesheet used for events templates.” See if one of the other settings solves your problem. (This is the easy fix.)
2. If that doesn’t help, test for conflicts to see if it is a problem with the theme or with one of your plugins.
Let me know how that goes, and we’ll work on it from there!

1) print name badges for attendees as this is how we provide security at our conference.
Unfortunately, at this time, it’s not a built in option to generate name badges forΒ events, but this change could be made with some customization. It should also be noted, that attendee information can be exported to have badges created through another program. I recommend checking out the following resources if you’d like to try making these changes yourself or to find someone to help out with this:TEC Settings Overview (To check out the available options in the plugin)

2) create a schedule that shows multiple workshops at the same time (typically 1 hour timeslots) throughout the day within one event. We sell access to the conference (ticket) and that allows access to any workshop during the 3 days of the conference.You can create various workshop selections with ticket fieldsets, and users can see their selection/schedule by viewing their tickets on the website. More on that feature here. π

Where are you seeing this? I don’t believe it’s a default option.
2) can customers create a login?
Yes! π You can force user registration in order to purchase tickets. More on that option here.
3) Can I alter the settings for abandoned cart stock levels?
Your stock will be unaffected by abandoned carts. π
4) Can I customise emails with my logo, custom messages?Unfortunately this isn’t a built in option at this time. π
5) Can I create a check box on checkout so customer can confirm they agree to terms and conditions?Yes, you can use our custom fields to create this. More on that here. π
6) Can I use custom custom css? I need the site to have a black background and white text to match the theme of my websiteHere is the information about custom styling our plugin.

First, thanks for taking these steps yourself, this is super helpful!
Second, my apologies. I had intended to link you to this plugin instead, which automatically generates code for you to insert into your template. I forgot that the one I originally linked to has some limitations when implementing on templates, outside of categories or post types.
You’ll use the “CWA Settings > Custom Widget Area” fill in the info for your Sidebar, click the “Create” button, and then click the “Get Code” link all the way on the right. If you need further help and German is more comfortable to communicate in, we do have a team member that speaks German and may be able to help out next week, so just let me know!
