    Hi there Tyler,

You can totally do this with this bit of CSS πŸ™‚ –

    .tribe-events-tickets .woocommerce .quantity input {

    background-color: #[yourhexcolorhere];

    }

Please let me know if there’s anything else I can do to help!

    Best,

    Shelby πŸ™‚

    Hey guys,

Thanks for reaching out to us about this! πŸ™‚

Can you both work your way through our documentation on 404s here and here and let me know if any of the suggestions there help? If not, we’ll work on it from there. πŸ™‚

    Hi Yvonne,

Thanks for reaching out with this issue! I’m happy to help. πŸ™‚

Could you possibly (after ensuring that you’ve updated all of your themes and plugins) export some of your events and then attache them here in a private reply so that I can import them into my test site and do some testing on my end?

    We’ll get this sorted!

    Cheers,

    Hey Jan,

Thank you so much for clarifying! Now I see!

Can you tell me, did you switch to global stock at some point or have they always been drawing from global stock?

When did the one option start to show the out of stock notice?

Also, could you create a separate dev environment in English (otherwise identical) and see if it’s still happening then?

We’ll get to the bottom of this! πŸ™‚

    Cheers,

    Shelby πŸ™‚

    Hey Renato,

    Thanks for doing the testing!

We, unfortunately, can’t support theme and plugin conflicts on this forum. We use this forum to support issues with our plugins out of the box, as configured with the latest version of WordPress, WordPress default themes, and the rest of our plugin suite.

You might be able to reach out to a freelancer to help resolve these conflicts. We have some recommendations of really great folks here for that. πŸ™‚

Best of luck with your project! I’ll leave this open for a few weeks in case any other users who might be using that theme as well, are able to provide you with any tips. Thanks for understanding & let us know should you have any questions in the future!

    Best,

    Hey Nick,

Thanks for clarifying! πŸ™‚ I am familiar with this extension, I think I just misunderstood you at first!

So, this extension is designed to add the information to the order confirmation (after check out). If you’d like to add this info to the check out screen as well, you’ll want to customize that template, which isn’t something we can do on these forums (they’re reserved for troubleshooting conflicts and bugs with the out of the box features our plugins offer).

If you need to create this functionality, I would suggest checking out WooCommerce’s theming docs and our Themer’s Guide. πŸ™‚ You could also reach out to a freelancer, we have a list of some here.

Let me know if you have any further questions about this or if I’ve misunderstood anything!

    Cheers,

    Shelby πŸ™‚

    Hey again Nathan,

Thanks for the updates here. πŸ™‚

Can you please let me know who you host with and the specifics of your hosting package? I think this may be host-related because the Twenty-Seventeen theme with up to date plugins should run relatively quickly.

Also, how many events do you currently have on your site?

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

I’m happy to help out with this. Thanks for using our plugins! πŸ™‚

Could you possibly answer some questions for me:

    1. Have you tried adding the break tags in the text, if so, what happens?
    2. Have you referenced our Themer’s Guide? It may be helpful if you need to make changes to the event templates themselves.

Let me know, and we’ll work from there!

    Hi there Victor,

Thanks for reaching out, I’m happy to help you here! πŸ™‚

You’re in luck! This is totally accomplishable with our filter bar plugin, which you can purchase here.

Here is an example of a pre-filtered calendar Β link for the state of Oregon, and one by the city of Seattle.

Let me know if I can answer any more questions about this!

    Hey Alessio,

Thanks for reaching out, happy to help here! πŸ™‚ This seems to be a styling issue, possibly a theme conflict.

I’d recommend first trying some of the other options under “Events > Settings > Display >Β Default stylesheet used for events templates.” See if one of the other settings solves your problem. (This is the easy fix.)

Let me know how that goes, and we’ll work from there! πŸ™‚

    Hey there Krystal,

I’m happy to help you out with this! πŸ™‚

This sounds like it may be a theme or plugin conflict. Could you please go through the steps here to test for a conflict and let me know what you find out? Then we’ll go from there!

Let me know if you have any questions about that!

    Thanks,

    Hey there Renato,

Thanks for reaching out, I’m happy to help. πŸ™‚

So could you try using the method here in this knowledgebase article under the heading “How Do You Make the Calendar the Site’s Home Page?” Let me know how that goes. If that method isn’t working out for you, can you use this documentation to test for conflicts and see if it works with those configurations? This will help me know the the root of the issues here.

    Best,
