line break not Working

hi there,
i have by the PRO version. Is it possible to integrate the <br> tag?
Now there is no break (see the Screen attached).

Could you possibly answer some questions for me:

1. Have you tried adding the break tags in the text, if so, what happens?
2. Have you referenced our Themer’s Guide? It may be helpful if you need to make changes to the event templates themselves.
