Where are you seeing this? I don’t believe it’s a default option.
2) can customers create a login?
Yes! 🙂 You can force user registration in order to purchase tickets. More on that option here.
3) Can I alter the settings for abandoned cart stock levels?
Your stock will be unaffected by abandoned carts. 🙂
4) Can I customise emails with my logo, custom messages?
Unfortunately this isn’t a built in option at this time. 🙁
5) Can I create a check box on checkout so customer can confirm they agree to terms and conditions?
Yes, you can use our custom fields to create this. More on that here. 🙂
6) Can I use custom custom css? I need the site to have a black background and white text to match the theme of my website
