I need help moving a hovering Title

I have been trying for two days to move this title off of my featured image. Can someone help me move this just to the top like a normal title. The problem is, in mobile view it will not let me see the feasured image!! Please Please help.

I need all this information at the top of the current page so it is a title that does not block my featured image. Please Help!! So Frustrated.

This kind of request would require some customization. We have some resources for doing that here. If you need to find someone to help with the customizations, we also have some tips for finding help here. Unfortunately though, this kind of a styling customization is outside the scope of the forum support provided here.
