ParticipantHi again Cindy,
I’m still not seeing these issues, BUT I have consulted with Brian to see if he can help me out with updating the snippet he wrote that was part of a previous thread and of the knowledgebase article, so hang tight and I’ll let you know when I get that back from him. π
Best,

ParticipantHey Tyler,
Thanks for posting, and for using our plugins.
Since the issue seems to be isolated to conflicts with other plugins, Iβd suggest reaching out to their developers for support with this issue, as we, unfortunately, canβt support theme and plugin conflicts on this forum. We use this forum to support issues with our plugins out of the box, as configured with the latest version of WordPress, WordPress default themes, and the rest of our plugin suite.
Best of luck with your project! Iβll leave this open in case any other users who might be using those plugins as well, are able to provide you with any tips. Thanks for understanding & let us know should you have any questions in the future!
Best,
Shelby ?

ParticipantHi Jennifer,
Thanks for your response. Allow me to clarify:
Your request requires plugin code customizations that we can’t provide on the forums, so I linked you up with some general customizing resources we have. If you need anything more specific, I’d suggest hiring a freelancer.
On our forums we support our out of the box plugin functionality as configured with the latest version of WordPress, default WordPress themes, and the rest of our plugin suite, due to the vastness of the WordPress ecosystem.
Thanks for understanding!
Take care!

ParticipantHi again Rodney,
Ok, next steps:
Because I’m unable to replicate this issue on my testing server, this seems that it may be a theme or plugin conflict. Would you please work through the steps here to test for a conflict? This will help me be able to better assist you. π
Let me know what you find out & we’ll go from there!
Best,
Shelby πShelby
ParticipantErikk,
Feel free to keep following this thread. However, we’d LOVE to help you more individually. We’ll be able to give you much better assistance if you can please open a separate thread for your similar issue. π
Thanks!

ParticipantHi Cindy,
Thanks for your patience. I was out at the end of last week, so thanks for hanging in there! I’m going to take a look at this tomorrow and try to replicate yet again. This one is really bugging me, and I can imagine how frustrating it is for you!
Look for a follow up on this tomorrow.
Thanks,
Shelby

ParticipantHi Jessica,
I apologize for your wait here. I was out at the end of last week, so your patience is appreciated!
Also, I totally misunderstood – my bad! I am going to do some testing of my own and see if I can replicate it for myself so I can work on a solution for you. Look for more on that tomorrow!
Best,

ParticipantHi again Anthony,
Apologies for the delay! I was out at the end of last week to speak at a WordCamp, so your patience is appreciated! π
You should be able to use this bit of CSS to hide the attendees list area on your events:
.tribe-attendees-list-container{ display: none; }Let me know how that goes!

ParticipantHi Michelle,
Can you try adding this bit of code to your functions.php file and then check your settings again? π
if ( class_exists('Tribe__Settings_Manager') ) { Tribe__Settings_Manager::set_option( 'organizer_venue_amalgamation', 0 ); }As always, make a back up of the file before making changes (just in case!), and let me know how it goes. π

August 8, 2017 at 7:26 pm in reply to: Display Events as Slider in Divi Theme's Post Slider Module #1332544Shelby
ParticipantHey Paula,
So I didn’t realize when I told you this, but, Nico has been taking some time off recently, and it may be awhile before I hear from him. I also noticed that the code he wrote for the other forum topic wasn’t specific to/related to Divi, so when he is able to get back with me, we still may not be able to customize this to suit your needs. I just wanted to set that expectation clearly so that if you really needed this done, you could find a freelancer to help. (We have some suggestions on finding someone here)
Best,

ParticipantHi Ellen,
Thanks for reaching out!
As I mentioned to Leander, if you wouldnβt mind, please open a separate thread so that we can assign it to the bug ticket as well, and escalate accordingly.Β ?Β Once this is resolved, we will also be doing what we can with each of your licensing to make ammends here. We know itβs a huge inconvenience, and we very much appreciate your patience!!
Best,
Shelby
