Export Events to Email

I use Event Calendar Pro and Community Events on my site. I post information on upcoming events happening around my region and also allow businesses to post their information. Twice a month I send an email to email list that provide the date, name and a link to more details for upcoming events.

Right now I’m doing this all manually. Is there a way to automate this process using an add-on or something?

Unfortunately, at this time, it’s not a built in option to automate these sort of communications, but this type of solution could be implemented with some custom development. I recommend checking out the following resources if you’d like to try making these changes yourself or to find someone to help out with this:

Hi,

I’m sorry but I looked through all the documentation you shared and these all seem to be settings that modify the look of the calendar as well as how it functions. I don’t see anything that would allow me to copy and paste events for the month in to an email or anything like that. Can you point me in a more specific direction?

Thanks for your response. Allow me to clarify:

Your request requires plugin code customizations that we can’t provide on the forums, so I linked you up with some general customizing resources we have. If you need anything more specific, I’d suggest hiring a freelancer.

On our forums we support our out of the box plugin functionality as configured with the latest version of WordPress, default WordPress themes, and the rest of our plugin suite, due to the vastness of the WordPress ecosystem.
