    Hi Diego,

I’m sorry that didn’t work for you. I know it is frustrating when your theme and plugins don’t get along! If there’s anything I can do to help in the meantime, please let me know!

    Hi Varun,

No worries, I’m happy to elaborate!

Users can buy as many tickets as they’d like at once (each of which would have its own QR code), however they would have to buy them on the event itself. Tickets currently cannot be sold “standalone” and then attached to an event afterward.

Regarding ticket IDs, each ticket does have a unique ID that is generated when the ticket is created. However, Event Tickets Plus will let you add additional fields that users need to complete when buying tickets, so you could potentially use this to collect information about which “sessions” they would like to attend. Keep in mind though that while you can make these fields required, there isn’t any other validation on them besides selecting the type (text, radio, checkbox, dropdown).

    Does that make sense?

The hard part here is having users book their sessions separately from where they buy their tickets. Your easiest bet would be to create several events as sessions and then add the tickets right on them. You can set a maximum number of tickets available for each.

We do offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied, so feel free to give it a try!

If you have any more questions, I am here to help!

Hi Vahe, thanks for checking out our plugins!

Event Tickets Plus will let you create and sell tickets on events from the backend, and Community Events with Community Tickets will let users create events and sell tickets via a front end submission form.

With The Events Calendar, you can import events with .CSV files, but if you would like to import from other sources or schedule regular imports, Event Aggregator will let you do that.

You can take a look at the packages we have available, but if there is one that is close to what you’re looking for, let us know and we’ll see what we can do to help!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Charlene,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Replacing the times on the left would require some customizations that are outside the scope of these forums, but we do have a themer’s guide with some great info on customizing our plugins if you’d like to give it a shot!

You can remove the links from events by editing the templates (see the themer’s guide for instructions on how to do this). Look for this in the template (be sure to also remove the closing tag – ““):

    " title="" rel="bookmark">

Shortcodes will let you set a specific week that you want to show events for. No coding required!

I hope that helps! Please let me know if you have any more questions.

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Taylor,

Thanks for checking out our plugins!

It sounds like you have a couple of options here. If you are alright with giving other users access to your site, you could stick with The Events Calendar and set up accounts for them so that they are able to create events from the backend. Event Tickets will allow you to create RSVPs (free) on events so that volunteers can register for events. If you need to sell any tickets or do things like add custom fields to collect additional information from users when they register, you’ll want to go with Event Tickets Plus.

Another option would be Community Events, which will allow users to submit events on the front end and gives you some control over that process, such as the ability to approve and edit events after they are submitted and setting default values for the form, such as an organizer. With this option, you would still be able to create events yourself on the back end and set any organizer details that you would like (you would not have to be the organizer). There is also a setting to require users to be logged in to submit events (however, they don’t need to have admin access). If you’d like your users to be able to create and sell tickets for their events, Community Tickets will let you do that.

We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you think one of these options might work for you, feel free to try it out!

I hope helps! If you have any other questions, please let me know!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Robert,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Unfortunately, Community Events does not support additional fields like Event Tickets Plus does at this time. Sorry to disappoint you there!

I do have better news on the images though…you will find the “Enable ticket images” setting under Events > Settings > Community > Community Tickets. Once that is enabled, your users should be able to add images to their tickets.

Please let me know if you have any more questions!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Sandy,

Thanks for reaching out and for providing the screenshot!

The number of tickets sold will actually not decrease when orders are cancelled or refunded. You can however adjust the stock available manually (this is the limit on the available quantity that you can set on the ticket itself). I would recommend taking a look at this article for more details on cancelling orders and managing stock. This article on WooCommerce-specific ticket settings might also be helpful.

If you have any other questions on this, please let me know!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Gary,

    Thanks for reaching out!

The Pro version includes shortcodes that will allow you to display different views of your calendar around your site, including by the week. This will show the current week by default, so no need to update the code each week! You can limit the number of events it shows, but otherwise all of your events will show up.

Let me know if you have any more questions!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Diana,

    Thanks for reaching out!

With The Events Calendar, you have pages with calendars for your each of your event categories. You can go to Events > Categories and hover over the category name, then click “View” to see these pages. I would recommend taking a look at this post for some good information on using event categories.

Events Calendar Pro offers a bit more flexibility with displaying calendars around your site, including widgets and shortcodes. You can use these to display mini calendars or full calendar views by category on different pages.

Please let me know if you have any more questions!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Domel,

Thanks for checking out our plugins!

You could use The Events Calendar to set up time slots that your users could book with Event Tickets (free RSVPs) or Event Tickets Plus (paid tickets). Event Tickets Plus also allows you to collect additional information from attendees when they register for an event, like a phone number. However, there isn’t an approval mechanism on the backend using this method.

Another option would be to use Community Events, which allows users to create events from the front end. Admins can set the status that submitted events go into, so you could set the status to “Draft”, which would allow admins to approve events.

To display separate calendars for each doctor, your best bet would be to assign categories to events, such as the doctor’s name, and then display these on separate pages using the shortcodes that come with Events Calendar Pro.

The Events Calendar and Event Tickets are both free to download, so I would recommend installing them on a test site and trying them out to see if they’ll work for you. Our refund policy entitles you to a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with our products, so feel free to try out some of our premium plugins as well.

If you have any other questions on this, please let me know!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Melanie,

    Thanks for reaching out!

You can export events to a CSV on the admin side by going to Tools > Export on your dashboard and selecting “Events”.

To remove the export button on the front end, you can follow the instructions in this post. Please let me know if you need any help with this!

    Hi Wade,

Thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry that you are running into these issues.

You are correct that the expired course should not be showing on the “View All” page for recurring events. This is a bug that we are working on fixing – I’m going to put this thread into the “pending fix” status so that we can keep you informed on progress.

Sorry for the inconvenience! I’ll be sure to let you know as soon as we have an update.

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Steve,

    Thanks for reaching out!

If you go to Events > Settings, you can set the Number of events to show per page setting to a higher number, which will show all events on that page if your total number of events is less than that number you set. However, keep in mind that if you have a large number of events, this could affect performance.

To remove the “Events From” box, you can add this to your Custom CSS area under Appearance > Customize or to the style.css file in your child theme:

    .tribe-bar-filters .tribe-bar-date-filter {
    display: none;
    }

Let me know how that works for you!
