KeymasterHi Farzad,
Thanks for sending the video! I tested this out on my end, but I was able to click back and forth between months in the widget without any problem (see screenshot). I also looked through our current bug reports but did not see any other users reporting this same issue.
Can you try this out in another browser and see if you are still getting the same thing? Which version of Chrome are you using?
Thanks,
Jennifer
December 22, 2017 at 9:56 pm in reply to: Show a "past events" section on the bottom part of the "organizer" pages #1412107Jennifer
KeymasterHello,
There are a couple of ways that you could do this, one being using the [tribe_events] shortcode and setting the date parameter to a date in the past – all events from that date forward will be displayed.
Alternatively, you could edit the template for the organizer pages (found at wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/views/pro/single-organizer.php) by following these instructions and using the tribe_get_events function to pull in a list of past events for that organizer.
We are a bit limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations like this, but if you get stuck with the code or have any questions along the way, please let me know! I’ll be happy to point you in the right direction.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
Thanks for reaching out!
Our technical support forums require the purchase of a premium license to be able to post there, and we do not provide technical support here in the Pre-Sales forum, which we use to answer questions about the features of our premium plugins for those interested in purchasing them.
If you need in-depth support, you will need to purchase a license.
Our knowledgebase is a great place to start looking for answers (I’d recommend taking a look at this article on ticket settings and shared capacity). You can also search our premium forums to see if another user has posted about a similar issue. If you’re having trouble with plugin functionality, the best place to start is by testing for a conflict.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
Thanks for reaching out! This can actually be done within the settings by going to Events > Settings > Display tab > Date Format Settings section > Date without year and using this format:
F j, Y
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Tiebo,
Thanks for renewing your Pro license! I’m sorry to hear that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you figure out what’s going on. First, can you try updating to the latest versions of The Events Calendar (4.6.8) and Events Calendar Pro (4.4.20.1)? If you don’t see a prompt to update in the Plugins section of your Dashboard, you can do so manually by following these instructions. I would also recommend updating to the current version of WordPress (4.9.1). As with all updates, it is recommended that you make a backup before updating!
Next, can you try running through the steps outlined in this article? These typically work in resolving issues with 404 errors, but if not, I would also recommend testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins.
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Greg,
I’m sorry the map isn’t showing up…can you verify that you have the “Show Google Map” box checked on the events where the map is missing (see screenshot)? If so, can you please try switching to a default theme with all other plugins disabled to see if the map is still missing? This will help us rule out a conflict with your theme/other plugins. Please let me know what you find!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Michael,
So glad to hear you’re liking the plugin so far! Can you try adding the snippet in this article to the functions.php file of your child theme? This should prevent events from showing up in your search results.
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Laura,
Thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry the shortcode isn’t working properly for you…It looks like you’re using it correctly. Can you try upgrading to the latest version of Events Calendar Pro (4.4.20.1) and The Events Calendar (4.6.8)? If you don’t see a prompt to update in the Plugins section of your Dashboard, you can do so manually by following these instructions.
Let me know if updating helps!

KeymasterHi Blair,
I’m sorry that you’re missing some events…It sounds like you’re referring to a recurring event? First, I would recommend adjusting the “Create recurring events in advance for” setting under Events > Settings > General. Try increasing it to at least 13 months and see if that gets the last two weeks of events to appear.
If not, could you please share your system information with me, as well as a link to the recurring event series?
Thanks,
Jennifer
Jennifer
KeymasterHi Charlie!
I’m not quite sure what you’re referring to here…we offer WordPress plugins to help you manage events on your own site, but we do not schedule/manage any events ourselves.
If you have any questions on any of our plugins, please let me know!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Michael,
Thanks for upgrading to Pro! The good news is that you do not need to do anything to transition your current events/calendar over to Pro. You now have access to additional features, like recurring events, custom fields, additional views (photo, week, and map), etc., but your events still function the same way they did before. I would recommend taking a look at our New User Primer for Pro, which has some great information on getting set up with the plugin.
Your imports and community submission form will still work the same way as well. If you run into any issues or have any questions on how to use any of the Pro features, please let me know!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
Thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry that you’re running into these issues with Event Aggregator…
First, I do want to mention that while EA will include the featured image when importing from Facebook, it currently does not support importing the featured image from Meetup. Sorry for the bad news there!
Can you please copy/paste the error that you’re getting and include a link to the source you’re importing from when you get the error so that I can do some testing on my end? If you could also share your system information with me, that would be helpful as well.
And finally, if you haven’t done so already, could you please try running the import in a default environment (with a default theme enabled and all other plugins disabled) to rule out any theme/plugin conflicts?
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
Since you have another thread open for this topic, I’ll go ahead and close this one out. See you over there!
Jennifer
KeymasterHello,
Thanks for reaching out!
I’m sorry that you’re not able to get that plugin working with the events pages! I’m not familiar with that plugin, but if you cannot get it integrated with The Events Calendar, you can add custom code to the events pages via a customization.
I’d be happy to help you further with this (although please note we are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for integrations and customizations), but first will you please post this question in our Events Calendar PRO forum? We use the Pre-Sales forum to answer questions about the features of our premium plugins for those interested in purchasing them.
If you have not purchased one of our premium plugins, you can post in our community forum on wordpress.org, which we review weekly to check for bug reports. If you need more in-depth support, you will need to purchase a license.
Our knowledgebase is a great place to start looking for answers. You can also search our premium forums to see if another user has posted about a similar issue. If you’re having trouble with plugin functionality, the best place to start is by testing for a conflict.
Thanks,
Jennifer
