Add/display event date with year in photo view

Hi, how do I make the event date to display with the year (e.g. January 10, 2018) in photo view?
Just like in demo – https://wpshindig.com/events/photo/
Now my website only shows the year when the start date year and end date year are different.
I’ve already read the Themer’s Guide and searched all the forums but still have no idea.
Please give me a thorough walkthrough how to change the date format to always display the year.

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out! This can actually be done within the settings by going to Events > Settings > Display tab > Date Format Settings section > Date without year and using this format:

F j, Y
