    Hi Mark,

    Thanks for checking out our plugins!

    Event Tickets Plus lets you sell tickets to events on your site, and it does integrate with WooCommerce.

    To add tickets to events that span multiple non-consecutive dates, I think your best bet may be to use the recurring events feature that comes wth Events Calendar Pro. This way, you could create an event that recurs on all of the days you need it to, and the tickets added to the event will apply to the entire series, not any one particular date. It is actually currently not possible to add separate tickets to individual dates in a recurring event series, so please note that tickets will apply to the series as a whole. We’re working on adding support for recurring tickets for a future release, and if this is a feature you’re interested in, please do cast your vote for the feature request so that you can stay up to date on progress for this feature!

    So if you went this route, you would need to create one series for each product (or set of dates that you wanted to sell tickets together for).

    Thanks for checking out our plugins!

    Community Events will let users submit events from the front end of your site, and they could event categories/tags to mark them as being for children or beginners. Regarding syncing with Facebook, there is not currently a way to sync your website calendar to Facebook, but Event Aggregator will let you import events (manually or scheduled) from Facebook.

    These two plugins (or just Community Events if you do not want to import from Facebook) in conjunction with our free plugin The Events Calendar (which is required for Community Events) should get you most of the functionality you’re looking for – If you wanted users to also create and sell tickets on those events, then you would need Community Tickets as well as Event Tickets Plus.

    We do not offer discounts for non-profits, but we do have a Nonprofit Partnership Program that offers free versions of Events Calendar Pro and Event Tickets Plus to approved organizations.

    The premium licenses are valid for one year, which means that during that time you are able to update the plugin and have access to premium support in the forums. After the year, you will no longer be able to update or post in the support forums, but the plugins on your site will not be affected. However, it is important to note that if you continue updating WordPress and the other plugins on your site, you may run into compatibility issues with Community Events over time if that plugin is not also updated. If you wanted to, you could wait to renew until you need to update the plugin.

    Event Aggregator is actually a service, not a plugin that you install on your site, so you would no longer be able to import without renewing the license after one year.

I’m not quite sure what you’re referring to by not being able to see week days in the first grid line…I took a look at the link you sent, and the calendar appears to be displaying correctly on my end. If you’re referring to a styling issue, I would recommend taking a look at the following articles:

    Thanks for reaching out!

    We do not include “Products” as an option by default, as users were reporting some issues adding tickets to products in the past. Tickets are WooCommerce products themselves.

    If you would like to add this option back in, you can do so using the snippet in this post. However, please note that we are not able to support customizations like this, so any issues that you may run into with adding tickets to products would be outside the scope of support that we can provide here in the forums.

    There is not currently a feature specifically for uploading attachments to events, but what you could do is add a custom URL field (which is a feature of Events Calendar Pro) and then add the link directly to the attachment that you’ve uploaded through the media library. You could also link to a Google doc, or anywhere else you may have the content uploaded.

    Hello,

    I’m sorry week view isn’t working for you!

    Was week view working previously and has since stopped working, or is this the first time you’ve tried to use it?

    Can you first try switching to a default theme with all other plugins disabled (besides The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro) to see if the events will then show up in week view?

    If not, can you try running through the steps outlined in this article? These usually work for fixing 404 errors. Please let me know how it goes!

    Hi David,

    Thanks for checking out Event Aggregator!

    The Events Calendar, which is one of our free plugins that is required for Event Aggregator to run, is a calendar plugin for your site that lets you create events on your site (from the admin section) and display them with different views on your site. Event Aggregator is a service (it’s not actually a plugin that you install on your site) that pulls from various sources (like Facebook) to automatically create/update events in The Events Calendar.

    You can choose the status you want events to be set to once they’re created (draft, published, etc), so they don’t need to be visible on your public calendar right away. The calendar and published events are public by default, but if you wanted to hide it or make a members-only type calendar, you could do so with some customizations (see this article for more info).

    Event Aggregator does not monitor the sources to auto-import changes whenever they are made, but you can schedule imports to import from sources whenever you would like. Regarding import limits, this depends on the license that you go with. For example the personal license allows you up to 100 scheduled imports per day, or you could also go with the Community license for 200 scheduled imports or the Event Hub for 1000 scheduled imports.

    You do not need to be following sites to be able to import from them, but the events do need to be public (such as on Facebook) for Event Aggregator to be able to access them (see this article for more info).

    Regarding customizing the types of Events that you want to pull in, you can set the date range to import from and the number of events that you want to import.
