KeymasterPerfect! If there’s anything else I can help with, please let me know : )

KeymasterHi Liz,
Thanks for running through those steps!
Unfortunately I’m not able to see your system info…attachments do not come through when replying via email, but you can actually copy/paste your system info into a private reply.
Did you try running through the steps outlined here for resolving 404 errors? If those do not help, can you please send me a copy of your theme so that I can test it out on my end? You can include a link to the file in Dropbox in a private reply. We are a bit limited in the amount of support that we can provide for theme conflicts, but I’ll be happy to take a look and see what I can recommend!
You do indeed have premium support, which comes with the premium license you purchased for Events Calendar Pro and will be available as long as you have a valid license : )

KeymasterHello,
To edit the venue template, you’ll want to copy it into your child theme for editing, which you can do by following these instructions. The template can be found at wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/views/pro/single-venue.php.
Look for this code:
You can move that above:
Let me know how that works!

KeymasterNo problem!
Since this has been marked “Resolved”, I’ll go ahead and close it out. Feel free to open up a new thread if you have any further questions!

KeymasterHi Gil,
Thanks for checking out Events Calendar Pro! The upgrade is pretty straightforward – all you need to do is install and activate the plugin, and then you can start using the new features. No changes to your current setup required! Once you’ve purchased the license, you’ll be able to download the plugin, which you can then upload and activate in the Plugins section of your WordPress Dashboard.
This article has some good info on getting up and running with Pro. As a premium license holder, you’ll also have access to our premium support forums, so if you get stuck or have any questions on how to use Pro, please let us know – we’ll be happy to help you figure it out!

KeymasterHi Dicky,
Thanks for checking out Event Aggregator!
The license costs $89 and is good for one year. This means that you can use the service to import events and also receive premium support in our forums during that time. Once the license has expired, you will no longer be able to import until you renew the license. If you’re interested in reading more about how EA works and some of the features that it comes with, I would recommend taking a look at the following articles:

Event Aggregator Import Settings
How Do Event Aggregator’s Import Limits Work?
Importing Events from a Feed or URL
We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so feel free to test it out! Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Alana,
I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue! Could you please send me a link to a page where this is happening so that I can take a look? Please share your system info with me as well.
Since this happened after updating, it could be that the current version is conflicting with your theme or one of your other plugins. You can test this out by following the instructions here. If you don’t want to do this on your live site, the free WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.
Let me know what you find!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Tommy,
We have a Nonprofit Partnership Program that you can apply for, which gives free (unsupported) versions of Events Calendar Pro and Event Tickets Plus to approved organizations. These two plugins would give you the ability to create recurring events and add tickets to events to be able to track attendees.
However, with recurring events, you can add tickets to the series as a whole, but not to individual dates in the series. We’re working on expanding support for tickets on recurring events, but I wanted to point this out since it sounds like you’re planning to add tickets to recurring events.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Michael,
I’m sorry the automatic update isn’t working for you…we have had a few other users reporting this as well and are looking into what might be causing it.
In the meantime, you should be able to update manually by following these instructions. Can you let me know if this works for you?
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Joelle,
I’m sorry you haven’t been able to get this resolved so far…unfortunately we are not able to provide technical support here in the Pre-Sales forum, but I will try to provide you with a few resources to point you in the right direction:
- Since your theme came with The Events Calendar, try checking their documentation and support forums – the theme may have its own styling/integrations with our plugin
- Changing the events page templates
- Updating to the most recent version (4.6.8)
If you need further assistance, you can post this in our community forum on wordpress.org, or in our premium support forums with the purchase of a premium license. Without a premium license, you can still browse the forums to see if another user has posted about a similar issue. A good first step in troubleshooting is testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins. It sounds like your calendar may be stuck in mobile view, in which case this post might be applicable.
I hope this helps!

KeymasterGreat! If you don’t size them the same, they may display at different widths…you can set a specific width or max-width if you would like using:
.tribe-events-event-image img {
max-width: 50%;
}
or
.tribe-events-event-image img {
width: 50%;

KeymasterHi Heather,
I’m sorry you’re running into this issue with Community Events! It sounds like it’s conflicting with something else on your site. Can you try running through the steps outlined here to test for any conflicts with your theme and other plugins? Please make sure that you have WP_DEBUG enabled during the testing and copy/paste any error messages that appear in your reply.
If you don’t have a testing environment and don’t want to do this on your live site, I would recommend the free WP Staging plugin, which will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.
Please let me know what you find!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Dawn,
I’m sorry you’re not seeing the Events tab! In order to use Events Calendar Pro and Event Tickets Plus, you also need to have The Events Calendar and Event Tickets (both free) installed and activated as well. Have you already activated these on your site?
Could you please share your system info with me so that I can see if there is anything there that might be causing this?
Thanks,
Jennifer
Jennifer
KeymasterHi Katie,
Thanks for checking out our plugins! You could get this working with The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, both of which are free : ) If you want to collect additional info from each attendee (besides the default name and email for the purchaser), Event Tickets Plus will let you do this.
If you’re interested in some fancier events features, like recurring events, shortcodes, and additional views, then I would definitely recommend checking out Events Calendar Pro.
I would recommend installing Event Tickets and The Events Calendar on a testing site to see if they will work for you, and if you would like to test out any of our premium plugins, we do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer
