KeymasterHi Kathleen,
I’m sorry the automatic update didn’t work, but I’m glad that you were able to update manually. We have had some users reporting this same issue lately and are looking into what could be causing it.
If you run into any other issues in the meantime, please let me know!

KeymasterHello,
I’m glad the article was helpful in getting started with Event Tickets Plus! If you haven’t come across these articles already, they may be helpful as well:

Managing Your Orders and Attendees
Since this has been marked “resolved”, I’ll go ahead and close it out. Please feel free to open up a new thread if you have any other questions!

KeymasterHello,
Since we’re working on this over in this thread, I’ll go ahead and close this one out. See you over there!

KeymasterHello and happy new year!
I’m glad to hear that you’re liking the plugins so far!
Your settings appear to be correct for disabling the admin bar for subscribers. I tested this out on my end using the same settings and was not seeing the admin bar – have you tried testing for conflicts with both your theme and other plugins? If not, can you try running through the steps outlined here?
Regarding users being able to edit RSVPs that they have created, this is actually a feature of Event Tickets Plus – this article has some more information on how this works. Is this the feature that you are referring to? If I’ve misunderstood, please let me know!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
You can change the font with some custom CSS…to determine the selectors you’ll need, you can right click on the page, click “Inspect”, and then select the title (see screenshot). If you’re not too familiar with CSS, this article should help with changing the font.
You can add the CSS to the Custom CSS area under Appearance > Customize (if you have one) or to the style.css file in your child theme.
We are a bit limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations like this, but if you get stuck, please let me know! Please make sure to include a link to the page that you’re having issues with – I’ll be happy to take a look and see what I can recommend.

KeymasterHi Annelle,
Thanks for checking out our plugins!
You are correct that most of the functionality you mentioned lives in different add-ons – importing from Google is possible with Event Aggregator, recurring events are a feature of Events Calendar Pro, and ticket sales are a feature of Event Tickets Plus. The licenses also include premium support for one year.
We do have some product bundles, but there is not currently one that includes just these three add-ons. We occasionally offer promotions, which you can find out about by subscribing to our newsletter.
If you’d like to test out any of our add-ons, we do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Sharmane,
Happy New Year!
I’m sorry the image isn’t showing up as nicely as it could…I took a look at the event you linked to, and I would recommend either adding some CSS like the following (see screenshot):
.tribe-events-event-image {
text-align: center;
}.tribe-events-event-image img {
min-width: initial;
}Or, you could change the image size directly in the template for single events. If you want to go this route, our themer’s guide has instructions on how to copy the template into your child theme for editing. The template can be found at wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/single-event.php, and the line you’ll want to edit it is:
You can change “full” to a smaller size (see this article for more info on the sizes available).
We are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations like this, but if you get stuck or have any questions, please let me know!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Thomas,
Thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry the PDFs aren’t working for you…I have tested this out on my end, as we have had a few other users reporting this as well, but so far I have not been able to recreate the issue.
Are you seeing the PDFs for these tickets on the attendee page (by hovering over the attendee and clicking “PDF Ticket”), or are the PDFs not being generated at all?
If you haven’t done so already, it would also be a good idea to do a quick conflict test to make sure that there isn’t anything else on your site that is conflicting with the extension.
Jennifer
KeymasterHi Jason,
I’m sorry you’re running into this issue as well. Are you able to update manually? If not, can you please open up a new thread and share your system information with us?
Thanks!
