    Just downloaded pro and some test events.

    Under >>Settings >>General >>Where’s my calendar?

    I click on the link, and the page comes up blank

    Same with when I view an event — blank page.

    Advice?

    Make sure that the place where your calendar lives and the where’s my calendar link are the same.

    Hello,

    The “Where’s my calendar” link should indeed take you to your main calendar page (yoursite.com/events by default). I took a look at your site, and it looks like you currently have another calendar plugin running (Timely). Can you try deactivating that one and see if you are then able to use the link?

    If not, then please also try running through these steps to test for conflicts with your theme and other plugins. I would recommend the free WP Staging plugin if you do not have a testing site and don’t want to deactivate things on your live site. It will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.

    You may also need to flush your permalinks as well – we have some instructions on that here. If you’re doing any caching on your site, please make sure that is deactivated before running the tests.

    Let me know how this goes! If the steps above do not resolve the issue, please share your system info with me so that I can see if there is anything there that may be causing this.

    Jennifer,

    I set up a staging environment and went through each step recommended to
    find a conflict. The trouble is with my theme: Quadrum Premium Child
    ThemeVersion: 1.0.0, By Orange Themes.

    I have taken a screenshot (Attached and labeled: Screenshot Orange Theme)
    of what should be my calendar page:
    http://dullesmoms.staging.wpengine.com/betacal3/. As you can see, there is
    no layout.

    For your reference, I also took a screenshot of what the calendar looks
    like when I changed themes to 2016 (Attached and labeled: Screenshot
    Orange Theme). As you can see, the calendar is visible. (The calendar is
    also visible on the 2017 theme).

    I have also attached my system info in a .txt format.

    Also, do I have premium support? I read you can pay for premium support,
    but I can’t find the link on your site to confirm if I have it or where to
    buy it.

    Thanks for running through those steps!

    Unfortunately I’m not able to see your system info…attachments do not come through when replying via email, but you can actually copy/paste your system info into a private reply.

    Did you try running through the steps outlined here for resolving 404 errors? If those do not help, can you please send me a copy of your theme so that I can test it out on my end? You can include a link to the file in Dropbox in a private reply. We are a bit limited in the amount of support that we can provide for theme conflicts, but I’ll be happy to take a look and see what I can recommend!

    You do indeed have premium support, which comes with the premium license you purchased for Events Calendar Pro and will be available as long as you have a valid license : )
