Thanks for going through all of that testing, I see what you mean.

Although I have not been able to replicate this issue, we have had other users report a similar issue.

I have added this thread to the bug report so that you will be notified when a fix has become available.

Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: options not showing on forms? #1605287

    Hi Suzanne,

Have you ever successfully been able to make this work before?

Do the downloads show up if they are not associated with a ticket?

Please also note that support for plugin conflicts<span style=”font-size: 0.875rem;”> is limited as stated in our </span>support policy<span style=”font-size: 0.875rem;”>.</span>

Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Add New Event is looking very wrong #1604802

Thanks for running through those steps.

In other words, when you went to a default WordPress theme and no other plugins installed, you saw no change in the appearance of the Community Events Submission page?

Another option would be for you to install the third-party plugin, Health Check, which can mimic a bare WordPress install while your site visitors still see your site the way that it normally appears.

Can you send me a link to the page where you are seeing this issue?

Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Lucy,

I’m sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with our products.  We are doing our best to fix all of the issues that arise with our plugins and need to prioritize based on how many users are reporting an issue.

We appreciate your understanding in this process.

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Filter bar checkboxes And vs OR #1604800

    Hi Adam,

This option appears for custom filters created with the Additional Fields option added in with Events Calendar PRO.  If you go to the Additional Fields tab and add a field there, it will show up in your filters list.

    Do you see it there?

As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

    Hi Suzanne,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

This is what I see when I visit your test event:

Are there other price options that should be showing?  If so, can you take a screenshot of what the ticket looks like on the backend as well?

Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Adam,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

If you go to Events Settings < Filters, you should be able to select whether you Match All or Match Any for your custom filters, like this:

Let me know if that helps!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Multiple days events are not imported correctly again #1603877

    Hi Gesine,

I’m sorry to hear that you are still experiencing this issue.

Can you provide me with the URLs to the imports where you are seeing this issue, as well as some screenshots that indicate what the actual dates/times the events should be?

Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: ICAL Export creates new calendar in Outlook #1603874

    Hi Tyler,

As a first step, I’d recommend checking your Outlook calendar to make sure that the timezone there is the one that you want.  Same goes for the timezone of the event itself on your site.

Here is some more information that you may find useful:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/time-zones/

In addition, can you provide me with a link to the page where you are seeing this issue?

Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!

    Thanks,

in reply to: Sold Out Event Form Missing #1603862

That is correct.  This issue did not make it into the most recent maintenance release unfortunately.

When this issue has been addressed in an update, we will notify this thread.

Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Events Calendar sidebar widget breaks mobile menu #1603861

    Hi William,

Thanks for providing me with that information.

That indicates to me that there is a theme or plugin conflict that is occurring on your site.

You may want to run through our full testing for conflicts procedure, if you haven’t done so already, in order to determine where the conflict lies.

Please also note that support for theme and plugin conflicts is limited as stated in our support policy.

Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Eventbrite import error #1603856

    Hi Caylee,

Can you try deactivating The Events Calendar Shortcode and the Eventbrite API plugins and see if the error still occurs (since those plugins are not our plugins)?

As far as updating goes, I’d recommend deleting the plugin and re-download from your Downloads page and then update via the Manual Updates procedure:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/manual-updates/

Let me know if that helps!

    Thanks,

    Jaime
