KeymasterHi Alex,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
If your users export the ICS file, they will receive a copy of the current calendar. If you make changes to that calendar, the ICS file will not update automatically, as this is not the same as subscribing to a calendar.
Another option would be to set up an RSS feed:
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/customize-rss-feed/
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/subscribing-calendars-via-rss/
You can also check out our free The Events Calendar, to get a sense of how things work with our plugins.
Also, feel free to check out our demo site here.
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Stephanie,
Thanks for your response.
Unfortunately we cannot provide phone support or live chat at this time, but I will do my best to help you here.
It looks like there is a customization in place that lists the number of tickets sold in Month View. That is not something that we have available out of the box, so perhaps your developer would have more information on how to fix that customization.
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterThanks for providing me with that information.
And where is your Community Events page located? The link you provided above is no longer working.
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterThanks for providing me with that information.
I do see the issue on your site, however I am not able to replicate the issue on my own test site. In other words, when I use the shortcode, I still see the toggle option available.
In that case, as a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:- A conflict with another plugin
- A conflict with your WordPress theme
- A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
- Make a backup of your database
- Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Caylee,
You will want to download the most recent version of Eventbrite Tickets. The license you download depends on which site you are using this on (whether it is a multisite or not).
Let me know if that answers your question!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterAt this time, I am not able to replicate this issue on my own test site.
Unfortunately we cannot log in to your site per our Support Policy, but I will do my best to assist you here.
If you could link me to the other issues that you are seeing that relate to this, it would be helpful as well.
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Adam,
I’m not quite sure we can assist with that integration.
However, to start, you can read more about setting up Additional Fields here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-additional-fields/
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterUnfortunately the log-in information did not work for me. Would you mind checking it again?
Also, can you confirm that when you went to a default WordPress theme and no other plugins installed, you saw no change in the appearance of the Community Events Submission page?
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Patrick,
Thanks for chiming in. Would you mind opening up a separate thread, so that we can provide you with personalized attention on this issue?
Thanks for your understanding!
August 24, 2018 at 11:28 am in reply to: Multiple days events are not imported correctly again #1605307Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterHi Gesine,
I don’t believe that should be the source of the issue. But you can try to change that setting, and delete and re-import the URL and see if that makes a difference.
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterThanks for providing that information.
The shortcode page that you linked to is a broken link. Would you mind checking it and re-sending?
Also, which shortcode are you using to display your events on that page?
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime
August 24, 2018 at 11:19 am in reply to: Limit ticket sale quantity leading to inactivity timeout? #1605295Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterThanks for providing that information.
As a next step, can you update all of your Events Calendar related plugins to their most recent versions and create a new test ticket to see if the issue still occurs there?
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime
