KeymasterHi Brandon,
I’m sorry to hear that you are still experiencing this issue!
As a next troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete updated system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Alex,
If you re-import an ICS and the event has changed in time/date, the event will be duplicated. If you re-import an ICS and everything remains the same, and you add items, only those items will be added.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterIn regards to the issue with the printing of the HTML tickets, unfortunately there isn’t much that we can do there, as it is difficult to predict how that information will print because it is different based on each individual.
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!

KeymasterHi Bradley,
Another thing you can do is to make you venue and organizer pages available for users to view. You can find those pages by hovering over Events on the backend, and click on Venues or Organizers.
You can then create pages that will be visible for users on the frontend.
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterThank you for your response.
We just released a hotfix that addresses this issue. Would you mind updating your plugins to the most recent versions and see if that resolves your issue?
Let me know how that goes!

KeymasterGlad to hear it, you are welcome back in our support forums any time!
Since this issue has been resolved, I am going to close this thread.
Have a great week!

KeymasterThanks so much for reaching out!
As a first step, can you update all of your Events Calendar related plugins and then create a new test to see if this functionality works as expected?
One thing you can do is to alter the total_sales custom field on the WooCommerce Product page that is associated with the ticket that you are trying to edit. You can change that number to reflect the actual number of attendees that you have, which will then change what you see in your Attendees tab.
You will also want to click on that Warning where you edit the ticket and adjust things accordingly.
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Kathleen,
Thanks so much for reaching out as well!
We are still trying to replicate the issue that you are describing. Can you take me through the steps to reproduce the issue that you are describing?

KeymasterHi Jill,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Unfortunately we do not make a directory type plugin, nor do we have one in particular that we recommend.
A quick Google search brought up the following results:
https://kinsta.com/blog/wordpress-directory-plugins/
We cannot make any guarantees about plugin compatibility, however we have a great 30-day full refund policy, so if things really don’t work out the way you’d hoped, you can get a full refund.
Also, feel free to check out our demo site here.
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi all,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear that you are all experiencing this issue.
Is this issue occurring on the front end Community Events Submission page or on the backend?
In the meantime, you can roll back to a previous issue by downloading a copy from your Downloads page.
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Boris,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m glad to hear that you’ve been able to temporarily resolve the issue.
If you’d like to continue troubleshooting the issue here, as a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:- A conflict with another plugin
- A conflict with your WordPress theme
- A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
- Make a backup of your database
- Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterThanks so much for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing this problem.
Unfortunately, I could reproduce the same issue on my end. I have logged a bug report for this so it can be addressed in one of our next maintenance releases of our plugins.
I will set this thread’s status as “Pending fix” and link it to the report. This way, we will notify you once a fix is released.
We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience while we work on this.
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Adam,
Thanks so much for reaching gout!
As a first step, I would recommend updating all of your Events Calendar related plugins to their most recent versions and create a new test to see if this issue still occurs.
As far as exporting events goes, you can export events from the front-end, using the Export Events button or you can export your events from the backend using the WordPress export tool.
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime
