Duplicating venues

Hey,

We have client that has been populating their site with events and venues and they are getting lots of duplicate events, (see attached). Also venues keep on getting removed from events randomly.

We plan on having a clean up of the data, but have you seen this issue before?

Also is there away we can export events and venues into a spreadsheet to organise?

Hi Adam,

Thanks so much for reaching gout!

As a first step, I would recommend updating all of your Events Calendar related plugins to their most recent versions and create a new test to see if this issue still occurs.

As far as exporting events goes, you can export events from the front-end, using the Export Events button or you can export your events from the backend using the WordPress export tool.
