KeymasterHi Andreas,
Sorry to hear that did not work for you!
If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:

Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!

August 23, 2018 at 5:21 am in reply to: Ticket Fieldsets Do Not Appear Unless you Toggle Quantity #1603850Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterHi Ron,
I created a folder in my theme called tribe-events, and then a folder within that called wootickets, and then copied and pasted the tickets.php into there, so the file path is:
YOUR-THEME/tribe-events/wootickets/tickets.php
And this is the code I changed there:
$input = woocommerce_quantity_input( array(
'input_name' => 'quantity_' . $ticket->ID,
'input_value' => 1,
'min_value' => 0,
'max_value' => $max_quantity,
), null, false );
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,

As a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:- A conflict with another plugin
- A conflict with your WordPress theme
- A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
- Make a backup of your database
- Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Andreas,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
If you’d like both the “youth” and “ballet” categories to appear with [tribe_events_list], you will need to create a parent category that is for both of those categories.
And yes, the [tribe_events] shortcode can only filter one category.
You can read more about all of our shortcode options here:

KeymasterHi Owen,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Just to let you know, we are limited by our Support Policy in how much we can help with customizations, but I will try to point you in the right direction.
I’d recommend starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide, which can show you which templates can be edited and copied in order to achieve the results that you are looking for.

August 22, 2018 at 11:50 am in reply to: How to get rid of "Previous Events" (and other page disturbing elements) #1603293Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterHi Jon,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Without coding or using CSS, there is no way to remove those links. Unfortunately there is no setting to remove them, but you can do so using CSS to hide them, or removing them from the code in a copy of the file.
If you choose to go that route, I’d recommend starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide, which can show you which templates can be edited and copied in order to achieve the results that you are looking for.

KeymasterHi Gustavo,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue on your site.
Can you provide me with the URL that you are trying to import, so that I can do some testing on my end?
Also, can you enable and check the Event Log under Events < Help to see if you see anything unusual?
Right under that is your Event Aggregator Status. Can you take a screenshot of what you see there?
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Caylee,
Thanks for your response.
It’s worth noting that the Events Calendar Shortcode is not our plugin. Also it appears that your Events Calendar PRO is up for an update.
We actually released a maintenance release today, so you can update all plugins when you see the update.
In addition, are you using the Eventbrite API plugin that you have by Automattic to add Eventbrite events to your site in addition to ours?
Can you also take a screenshot of how your import is set up, so that I can confirm if things are set up properly?
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi William,
Can you confirm that with a default WordPress theme and no other plugins installed, that you do not see this issue?
Let me know, so that we can proceed!
Thanks,

KeymasterThank you for your feedback. We do submit bug reports if we are able to replicate the issues and do create fixes for these issues.
As we are not yet at that stage with this issue, I have not yet created a bug report for this issue.
Let me know if you have any other questions along the way!
Thanks,
Jaime
