ParticipantHi, on ETP it seems the price options aren’t displaying. They are set up in the system, but the section is missing from the actual form itself, as in this test event in the attached URL

Are there other price options that should be showing? If so, can you take a screenshot of what the ticket looks like on the backend as well?

ParticipantHi, yes, so the event is in conjunction with Easy Digital Downloads, as set in the below section..

In easy digital downloads , there is a download as follows:

However, the options for lunch/no lunch arent showing on the event ticket page, or the purchase process.
Any ideas?

Have you ever successfully been able to make this work before?
Do the downloads show up if they are not associated with a ticket?

ParticipantHi, yes, without the download being associated with Events ticket plus, the prices show up as normal, as you can see here with a download :

However, when an easy digital download is used in conjunction with events tick plus, the options do not show up.

This looks to me like an ajax button or similar is not working/not showing on events ticket plus? If you completely refresh the page, you’ll see a grey box section appear, then disappear. I’m thinking that this grey box could/should contain the ticket options?
There are no conflicts. I’ve disabled all other plugins and the problem still occurs. Can you help?

Thanks for following with this.
Event Tickets Plus does not support variable pricing options from Easy Digital Downloads. A workaround to this would be to create a separate ticket for each ticket/price option you have.
Also, you can share the capacity between various tickets when you create them. You can learn more about this in the following article > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/making-tickets/
Additionally, remember you can also collect attendee information from those tickets > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/collecting-attendee-information/

ParticipantHi, okay, so i’ve added two tickets to the event, which is a workaround.
However, there are a couple of issues:
NaN is appearing whenever a +/- quantity button is pressed

That looks like it could be a conflict with the theme.
First, I can see you are using previous versions of our plugins, so please make sure you update to the latest versions. Remember you can always download our plugins from your downloads page > https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
Also, do you happen to notice a difference when deactivating all other plugins or switching to a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Seventeen? What happens if you try deactivating all plugins and switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme together? Do you notice a difference then?
If you see no difference in those conditions, then we’ll need to do some deeper troubleshooting
