KeymasterHi Jérôme,
Thank you for providing me with that screenshot. Yes, there is a limit to your number of daily imports. If desired, you can purchase a license with more allowed imports per day.
Here is more information on how Event Aggregator’s Import Limit works:

I hope this helps to clarify things for you, please let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Cindee,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing a conflict on your site as a result of our plugin updates, though I am glad to see that you have a workable solution at least for now.
There’s not a whole lot that I can offer without seeing what your site looks like with the most recent versions of our plugins. We released a maintenance release yesterday that resolved some javascript errors relating to conflicts with other themes and plugins. I would recommend you try updating to the most recent version of The Events Calendar and checking if the errors are still occurring.
If the errors still occur at that point, could you share any errors that you see in your console before reverting back to old versions of the plugins?
You can also try switching to a different stylesheet and/or template under Events Settings < Display, so that you have more flexibility with how things are displayed on your site:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/stylesheets-and-page-templates/
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Kelly,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue with your events. As a first step, would you please update your Events Calendar PRO plugin to the most recent version (v4.4.19), as well as your Events Calendar plugin (v4.6.5)?
After doing so, please check if you are still seeing the same issue.
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Tiina,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
With the latest update of Event Tickets Plus, we completely redid the way that the ticket editor looks and functions. Because of this, it may no longer work with an expired license.
As stated here, “you will not be able to download new updates, which means you won’t get new features or bug fixes.” Essentially, with an expired license, your plugin can only work for so long without updating, because updates contain features and fixes that keep your plugin working.
I apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused you and your client. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
Jaime

I’m sorry to hear that your events are no longer appearing in a Google search. Although Google tends to do what it wants, these forum posts may be able to point you in the right direction:

KeymasterHi Joanna,
Thanks so much for reaching out again!
I’m sorry to hear that you are still experiencing this issue! I apologize if you have already gone through this in your settings, but if you go to Events Settings < General, do you have Recurring event instances unchecked? If not, please uncheck and Save Changes.
Also, we have just released a maintenance release of The Events Calendar yesterday, so please update and let us know if the issue continues.
Can you confirm if you have gone through our testing for conflicts procedure? If not, that would be a good place for you to start.
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

Also, we just released a maintenance release of our plugins yesterday, so please make sure you are running the most recent versions and check if that “circle” still appears.
In order to remove the “Events In” at the top right corner, try adding this bit of CSS to your WordPress customizer or child theme stylesheet:
div.tribe-bar-date-filter {
display:none;
}
Let me know how it goes!Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Justin,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Unfortunately, recurring events still don’t support tickets in the way that you are referring to. You can technically add tickets to a series, but it will be the same ticket on every occurrence in the series (i.e. you won’t be able to distinguish which occurrence the user intended to purchase the ticket for). Sorry for the bad news here!
One way around this would be to create a series of recurring events and then to break each event from the series, and add a ticket for that event. You would essentially be using the recurring event feature to populate your calendar, and then create separate tickets for all events. I know that this is not an ideal solution, but it is a workable one for now.
In addition, we’d love for you to vote on this idea in our feature request, as we do take customer feedback into consideration when implementing new features:
Let me know how it goes and if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

One thing you can do is to alter the total_sales custom field on the WooCommerce Product page that is associated with the ticket that you are trying to edit. You can change that number to reflect the actual number of attendees that you have, which will then change what you see in your Attendees tab.
You can also alter the ticket stock on the Edit Event page, where you edit your ticket.
Also here is our article on managing orders and attendees:

I hope this helps, please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime
