Expired licenses/subscriptions

If my subscription expires, will my calendar stop working?

If your plugin subscription expires, you will not lose any data or events that were previously entered. However, you will not be able to download new updates, which means you won’t get new features or bug fixes. You also won’t be able to post to our help desk to get help.

If my Event Aggregator subscription expires, will my scheduled imports stop?

Yes. Event Aggregator is a service, and in order to use that service, you must have an active subscription. If your subscription expires, you will no longer be able to use scheduled imports or make use of any premium import sources. You will only be able to import from CSV files.

A license key on my site says it’s expired. What do I do?

If you have an expired license on your site, you’ll see something like this under Events > Settings > Licenses:

KB - expired license key

In order to regain access to plugin updates, you’ll need to renew your subscription from your account’s License Keys page. Once you’ve renewed your subscription, refresh your site’s settings, and the associated license should show as valid. You’ll then be able to get automatic updates on your site.
