KeymasterHi James,
Thanks for reaching out and for providing us with all of that information!
It sounds like you have found a way to make things work on your site, at least for now. If you are still experiencing issues on your site, I would recommend starting off by going through our testing for conflicts procedure.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

November 20, 2017 at 7:10 am in reply to: Events list page not showing accurate number of tickets left #1387143Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterHi Meg,
Thanks so much for reaching out again!
I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue after updating your plugins.
As a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Giorgio,
I’m glad to hear that you were able to resolve the slow queries on your site. Is there anything else that we can assist with related to our plugin?
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Mely,
First of all, we do have a NonProfit Partnership Program, if you are interested. You can apply for free licenses to Events Calendar PRO or Events Ticket Plus, although it would not come with the ability to post in our premium support forums. You can apply here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/do-you-offer-discounts-for-nonprofit-organizations/
I am not entirely familiar with the third-party plugin that I recommended, however I was just recommending it based on the functionality that you are looking for (importing recurring events). It looks like you can create a demo site with them to test it out:
http://www.wpallimport.com/try/
You can decide what features are important to you moving forward. If you have any other questions about Event Aggregator, please let me know!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Kari,
Thank you for going through our testing procedures. I’m sorry to hear that you are still experiencing this issue. Just to clarify, are you seeing this issue when you have Filter Bar disabled?
I’m trying to understand if this is related to Filter Bar or the Tribe Bar, which is the other search bar that you see (with date, keyword, and location search).
Let me know!
Thanks,
Jaime

November 20, 2017 at 6:19 am in reply to: Events Calendar Upgrade converts existing events to recurring ones #1387112Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterHi Penny,
Thank you for providing me with those details. In other words, were all of your events converted to recurring events upon updating?
At this point, the easiest way to get things up and running, now that everything is up-to-date, is to manually switch events back to their original states.
You may find this extension helpful to assist you in cleaning up these recurring events:
https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/recurring-event-cleanup-tool/
Please let me know if you have any additional questions about this process, and let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Monty,
I’m glad to hear that you are making some progress with having your events show up on Google.
As far as the issue with the wrong time, I see you’re using Yoast SEO; are you able to resubmit a sitemap via Google Webmaster and see if it picks up and displays the correct times? The process may take some time to update in the search engine results.
Also, would you mind first updating your Events Calendar and other related plugins to the most recent versions and seeing if this issue persists? There was a fix released for this issue in a recent release of The Events Calendar.
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Justin,
I apologize that we do not have the recurring events ticket feature that you were looking for. We do explicitly state that Event Tickets Plus does not support tickets for recurring events on the Event Tickets Plus product page, so as not to cause confusion with our customers.
In any event, you are welcome to a full refund and can fill out the form here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/
Please let me know if there’s anything else that we can do.
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Annie,
Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, we cannot log in to your site, as per our Support Policy, but we will do our best to help you here.
As far as disabling JSON LD, you should not need to do that if you have month view disabled completely, which it sounds like you do. The snippet provided in the forum thread is specifically for month view, so it isn’t a necessary solution for you.
I referenced this blog post in my previous response, but have you looked in to any of the plugins detailed here? I would especially recommend something like Query Monitor which may be able to pinpoint where issues can be occurring:
https://theeventscalendar.com/favorite-developer-plugins/
In addition, I am seeing an error on your site related to Google Maps API multiple times on one page. If you have this entered in more than one place, like in your theme and in your event settings, try deleting it from everywhere except for one place.
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jaime
