ParticipantI bought both PRO plugins together to try to do one thing…. Make selling tickets to the events smooth and easy. I am using WooCommerce as my ecommerce software and while I love many things about how all three of these softwares work together there is one MAJOR shortcoming.
I have setup recurring events for multiple events however I need to isolate the tickets to each date. So I created multiple tickets, one for each date, and now I have all tickets appearing for all event dates. Not ideal as I don’t want someone to accidentally sign up for the wrong date.
Is there a solution now or one in the works? Thanks for your help and solution.

KeymasterHi Justin,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Unfortunately, recurring events still don’t support tickets in the way that you are referring to. You can technically add tickets to a series, but it will be the same ticket on every occurrence in the series (i.e. you won’t be able to distinguish which occurrence the user intended to purchase the ticket for). Sorry for the bad news here!
One way around this would be to create a series of recurring events and then to break each event from the series, and add a ticket for that event. You would essentially be using the recurring event feature to populate your calendar, and then create separate tickets for all events. I know that this is not an ideal solution, but it is a workable one for now.
In addition, we’d love for you to vote on this idea in our feature request, as we do take customer feedback into consideration when implementing new features:
Let me know how it goes and if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

ParticipantThank you for your reply. How can I get a refund for this product as this was the main function I was seeking?

KeymasterHi Justin,
I apologize that we do not have the recurring events ticket feature that you were looking for. We do explicitly state that Event Tickets Plus does not support tickets for recurring events on the Event Tickets Plus product page, so as not to cause confusion with our customers.
In any event, you are welcome to a full refund and can fill out the form here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/
Please let me know if there’s anything else that we can do.
Thanks,
Jaime
