KeymasterHi Matthew,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue on your site!
Unfortunately we cannot log in to your site per our Support Policy, but I will do my best to assist you here.
Would you mind taking a screenshot of what the recurrence rule looks like on the backend so that I can try to replicate the event on my end?
In addition, what is the error message that you are seeing when you try to publish?
Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Colm,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue on your site!
As a first step, can you try flushing your permalinks by going to Settings < Permalinks, and Save Changes.
If that doesn’t resolve the issue, I’d recommend running through the steps outlined in the following article:

Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Kristijan,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
With Events Calendar PRO, you can definitely create recurring events. Unfortunately, there is no clean way to duplicate event, but you may be able to achieve this with a third-party plugin, like this one.
There is a list view available, as well as many additional widget options. Our products are highly customizable and can be tailored to the needs that you are describing.
You can export our calendars to iCal as well.
I hope this helps to answer your questions, please let me know if anything else comes up!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Jean-Philippe,
Unfortunately there isn’t a way to access to QR code to send through regular email, however you do have the option to resend the ticket emails to your customers. You can do this by navigating to your Order tab, clicking on the Order in question. From there, click on the dropdown under Order Actions and resend tickets email. Click Update.
I hope this helps! Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Ivan,
I appreciate you running through all of these troubleshooting steps. I know it can seem tedious, however it’s the best way to rule out conflicts and other issues.
As far as this URL goes: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/embed?src=gu423r4bfd3jcvpls972ph1dif2ofoao%40import.calendar.google.com&ctz=America%2FLos_Angeles, I believe that it is in the wrong format for Event Aggregator to read. In order to find the right format, go to your Google Calendar, navigate to the calendar you want to import under My Calendars on the left side and click the three dots. Go to Settings and Sharing and scroll down to Integrate Calendar. Try using the URL under Public Address in iCal format, and import with that URL.
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Wendy,
Were you able to get things working on PRO version 4.4.19? If so, try downgrading to that version and then flushing your permalinks again.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Andre,
Thanks so much for providing me with all of that information. I have taken a look at your site and can confirm the issue that you are seeing. Unfortunately this seems to be linked to a current bug in our system.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch and we are actively working on a solution for this.
I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed, as it’s in the development team’s hands now.
They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
The good news is that you will be contacted as soon as a fix is available.
Thank you for your patience as we see this through.
For now, I would recommend removing the location search from your Tribe Bar, and using the location search in your Filter Bar, which appears to be working properly.
Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Annie,
Great, I’m glad that the checkboxes are an alternative solution for you! You can customize the price ranges by creating a custom filter, using the Cost Filter as a template.
Here is our tutorial with some more detailed information on how to go about doing that:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-custom-filters-for-filter-bar/
Let me know how it goes and if you have any other questions along the way!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Andre,
Great, thanks for providing me with that information! Have you been able to run through our testing for conflicts procedure?
Also, what version of Events Calendar PRO do you have activated on your site? I don’t see it in your plugins list.
Additionally, I’d recommend flushing your permalinks by going to Settings < Permalinks and Save Changes.
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterI apologize for any confusion. I don’t see Event Tickets Plus activated on your site. If you go to Events Settings < Licenses, do you see a Valid Key under Event Tickets Plus?
In any case, with Event Tickets Plus enabled on your site, you can head to an Edit Event page, and add a new RSVP (or edit an existing one). From there, if you expand Attendee Information, you can add new fields to collect additional attendee information.
Here is some more detailed information on that topic:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/collecting-attendee-information/
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Sami,
Okay, I see what you mean.
Just to let you know, we are limited by our Support Policy in how much we can help with customizations, but I will try to point you in the right direction.
It looks like the slider is still causing an issue, because I see the following error appearing in the console:

You may want to address that issue first, before making any other CSS changes, and possibly reach out to the theme developers.
Let me know your thoughts!
Thanks,
Jaime
