KeymasterHi Aaron,
Thanks for providing me with that information. Unfortunately, I’m not able to replicate the issue that you are seeing, but I’d like to continue to gather more information and help you to troubleshoot.
One thing you can try is to use a third-party plugin to see if that brings the QR codes into the email.
You can have the system send tickets from any chosen email address by simply installing, configuring and testing the following plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/
Using a real SMTP server with authentication will bypass the built-in WP mail functionality altogether.
Please make sure you configure and test the settings using the plugin’s built-in tool.
Before doing that, you can try to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Let me know how that all goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Che,
I’m sorry to hear that this update did not resolve your issue. Can you please take a screenshot of the ticket for an event where you are seeing this issue, so that I can try to replicate things on my end?
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Amy,
I can confirm that I just copied and pasted the code from your response into my WordPress Customizer and the next and previous months appear above the calendar.
Can you try switching to a default WordPress theme, like ‘Twentyseventeen’, and see if things work properly when doing so?
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Thomas,
What host are you using? I’d recommend reaching out to your host, letting them know that the issue is related to Facebook imports, and see if they can assist you to increase your timeout connection in order to make this page work.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterI’m sorry that the venue is not showing for one specific event. Have you been able to go through our testing for conflicts procedure?
Can you also send me a link to this event so that I can take a look, as well as a screenshot of what it looks like on the backend? I’d like to try to replicate things on my end to do some further testing.
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Jennifer,
Great, thanks for providing me with that information.
Unfortunately at this time Event Tickets Plus does not support recurring events, which may be why you are experiencing some confusion related to the ticket numbers on your backend.
For now, you may have to manually change the ticket numbers.
One thing you can do is to alter the total_sales custom field on the WooCommerce Product page that is associated with the ticket that you are trying to edit. You can change that number to reflect the actual number of attendees that you have, which will then change what you see in your Attendees tab.
You can also alter the ticket stock on the Edit Event page, where you edit your ticket.
Let me know how this goes and if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Adam,
Thanks for providing me with that information.
I imported your calendar feed to do some testing on my end and found that I was able to import all event descriptions, as per expected behavior. See screenshot:

Can you try creating a new event in your calendar and then importing that event? Let me know if you see a description appear.
Also, please make sure that all of your Events Calendar related plugins are up to date.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Richard,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing that error on your site!
Can you try switching your site back to English briefly and see if that resolves the issue?
If so, the following forum thread (where a user reported the same issue) can walk you through how to get things back to normal beyond that:
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime
