KeymasterHi Adam,
Thanks for providing me with that information.
We have a 30-day full refund policy, although I believe you are outside of that limit at this point.

KeymasterHi Thomas,
Thanks for all of your patience and understanding throughout this process. One more thing to try before I log the bug:
Can you try disconnecting and reconnecting your site to Facebook? Sometimes that does the trick and we’ve had other users report that this resolved their issue.
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterOkay, gotcha. Do you see the same issue if you switch to a default WordPress theme, like ‘Twentyseventeen’?
Let me know!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Ilkka,
Thanks for providing me with that information.
In addition to the suggestions I provided in my previous response, you can also try removing the attendee column, which indicates the percentage of tickets sold:
add_filter( 'tribe_tickets_supported_admin_columns', '__return_empty_array' );
Let me know if that helps and how it all goes!
Thanks,Jaime

KeymasterGreat, glad that worked for you!

KeymasterHi Nancy,
Sorry, the error message was in the screenshot I sent you. I was able to upload the theme, but got a message that the theme was missing the style.css stylesheet so it could not be downloaded.
I hope this helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Padraic,
Have you tried using that URL to create a feed for the ICS file? I know it isn’t a pretty link, but this is the closest thing we have to a feed, like you are describing.
You can also vote on this idea to our Feature Requests, as we tend to implement ideas based on customer feedback, so your input is greatly appreciated:
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Susan,
Thanks for providing me with that information.
If you aren’t comfortable with changing themes/deactivating plugins on your site, one thing I’d recommend trying is the Health Check plugin. This plugin will allow you to set up a bare WordPress install, while your site visitors still see your live site normally.
Let me know what you find and if you have any other questions along the way!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterGlad we could help, you are welcome back in our support forums any time!

Have a great week!

KeymasterHi Terry,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Can you check out your Screen Options at the top of that page and select fewer headings to see if you can then see your events better?
We do not have access to your site, but I will do my best to help you here.
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime
