KeymasterYes, depending on how many sites you need licenses for, that would be the one to purchase. The Business License ($149) will give you licenses for up to three sites.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Michael,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Unfortunately this is related to a know issue that we are currently working on.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch and we are actively working on a solution for this.
I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed, as it’s in the development team’s hands now.
They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
The good news is that you will be contacted as soon as a fix is available.
Thank you for your patience as we see this through. Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime.
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Dessain,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Unfortunately we are limited by our Support Policy in how we can assist with customizations. Our Themer’s Guide may be able to provide you with some insight on how to customize our products, as well as our list of available functions.
https://theeventscalendar.com/functions/
If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/find-a-customizer/
Let me know if there’s anything else I can assist with!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi AnnMarie,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Steven,
Out of the box, users are able to add to the same form as one another, so I’m not quite sure that the functionality that you are looking for is possible.
However, our plugins are highly customizable. Our Themer’s Guide is a great place to start.
It is possible to have many custom fields per event.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Adam,
Thank you for your feedback. I can completely understand your frustration with our products and you have every right to want things to work as expected.
I’m happy to continue helping you troubleshoot your issue, but as I mentioned previously, I have been unable to replicate this issue on my end so far, although I have tried.
If you’d like to continue troubleshooting, I ran your calendar through an iCalendar Validator, and I see that the Organizer field is missing, which can sometimes cause issue. You can try adding that back in and let me know if that resolves the issue.
Also, since you have only had this issue since renewing your license, can you check that the Event Aggregator is connected to your current license key? See My Account » Licenses to find your current key.
You may want to also just manually re-enter the license key, even if it is correct, and ‘Save Changes’.
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Garron,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Do you see this same issue when you switch to a default WordPress theme, like ‘Twentyseventeen’?
What view are you trying to display on desktops vs mobile?
You can also start by playing around with the page templates and stylesheets that you have set up:

KeymasterHi Max,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
With Events Calendar PRO, you can create and embed different calendars based on a category view. It seems that the best way to display each trainer would be to assign each one a category, and to display each of those categories as separate views, using a shortcode.
