Michael
ParticipantHi – We’re having an issue which we confirmed on a fresh install of WP 4.9.4, the twentyseventeen theme, and the latest versions of TEC, TEC Pro, Events Tickets, Events Tickets Plus, and WooCommerce.
When we’re creating a new event, if we create a ticket before we publish the event, the “Start sale” date/time are not saved correctly – they revert to the current date/time. Editing the ticket “Start sale” after the event is published works as expected, as does publishing the event then creating the ticket.
So, steps to reproduce:
1. Click “Events > Add New”
2. Enter any Event data
3. Click “+ New ticket”
4. Enter ticket details – take note of the entered “Start sale” date and time selected.
5. Publish Event.
6. After the page refreshes from publishing the Event, click the “Edit Ticket” icon by the ticket you created.
7. Observe saved “Start sale” date and time.Is this the expected behavior? Or a known issue?
Thanks!

KeymasterHi Michael,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Unfortunately this is related to a know issue that we are currently working on.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch and we are actively working on a solution for this.
I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed, as it’s in the development team’s hands now.
They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
The good news is that you will be contacted as soon as a fix is available.
Thank you for your patience as we see this through. Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime.
Thanks,
Jaime
