Thanks so much for reaching out!

I’m not quite sure what you are referring to.  Are you looking to show the coupon code slot on a ticket?  If so, are you referring to the ticket that is emailed to the attendee?

Either way, our Themer’s Guide is a great place to start, as it can guide you to which templates can be copied and edited to help you achieve the results that you are looking for:

Once I have a bit more information, I can provide you with some more specific advice.

    Let me know!

in reply to: Ticket Attendee Information #1460176

    Hi Nancy,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

In other words, you’d like your attendee information fields to show up once, rather than per each attendee, correct?

Unfortunately, at this time that feature isn’t available out of the box.  You can try to customize things on your own, using our Themer’s Guide as a jumping off point.

You can also add this idea to our Feature Requests, as we tend to implement ideas based on customer feedback, so your input is greatly appreciated:

    https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas

You can also try using a third-party form plugin to capture additional information, without it occurring on a per-attendee basis.

If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:

    Hi Laurence,

    Thanks for reaching out!

As a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
    This is usually because of:

    1.    A conflict with another plugin

    2.    A conflict with your WordPress theme

    3.    A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating

When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.

A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.

The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.

Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.

But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:

    1.    Make a backup of your database

    2.    Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)

Before doing so, please make sure that all of your Events Calendar related plugins are up to date.

Let me know how that goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Manual orders create attendees in database but not visible #1460155

    Hi Markus,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

I haven’t been able to replicate this issue, as when I add a ticket manually, via Orders, it shows up in my Attendees tab.  Make sure that the order is marked as Completed and check if it appears then.

Also, make sure that all of your Events Calendar and WooCommerce related plugins are up to date.

    Hi Dale,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

Would you mind sharing a screenshot or URL that points to this issue so I can better understand where you are referring to?

In the meantime, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.

in reply to: Sales: pending & processing #1460135

    Hi Andy,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

This column will show as 0 until an order is marked as Complete.  You can do so manually in WooCommerce < Orders.  You can also have orders automatically marked as Complete so that they will automatically be counted in the sales.

Just to clarify, which page are you looking to add the orders marked as processing and pending to?

in reply to: More help needed: Facebook imports in UTC time only #1460129

    Hi Shari,

Thanks for getting back to this.  Would you mind providing me with the URL of the Facebook page that you are having issues with so that I can run some tests on my end as well?

As far as the search options go, let’s try to keep each thread to one topic only so that we can best assist you.  Please open a separate thread for the other topic.

Let me know if anything else comes up in the meantime!

    Hi Robert,

Okay, I understand.  Let’s try something else then.  Can you try changing your timezone settings under Events Settings < General to “Use the local times for each event” and see if that resolves the issue for you?

Let me know how that goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Events Calendar #1460110

    Hi Steven,

You will need to install The Events Calendar, which is a free core plugin, but other than that, you will just need Community Events.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Google Calendar Missing Event Descriptions #1460103

    Hi Adam,

Again, thank you for your feedback.  We do our best to help our customers in their issues, and sometimes the hardest part is helping people troubleshoot when I cannot reproduce the issue on my end.  This means that I try to create the situation that you are describing, using your settings and import URLs, so that I can determine if it is a bug or if it there is something else at play.  That does not mean that I have not tried to help you, although I can understand how frustrating this process can be.

Best of luck with your project!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

Okay, this is certainly a strange issue.  Since this is not something that I can reproduce on my end, as a next step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.

    Hi Ricky,

I’m sorry that you did not receive my previous response.  Unfortunately, I still am not seeing any screenshot attached to this thread.

However, I have now been able to access your site, and I think I know what you are referring to.  Try adding the following CSS to your WordPress Customizer or theme’s (or child theme’s) stylesheet:
    span.tribe-events-cost {
    display:none;
    }

Let me know how that goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Pamela,

If you go to Events Settings < Imports, you should see some additional options for your CSV imports there.

Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!

    Hi Chantelle,

There seems to be some information missing from your system information.

Could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

Great thanks for providing me with that information.

Can you take a screenshot of what the following event looks like on the backend so I can do some testing on my end?
