Ticket Attendee Information

We offer Car Rally events in which a party of two or more need to bring 1 car. We add under Attendee Information 3 active fields: Vehicle Year, Make and Model. Unfortunately, when a family says their coming with 2 or more people – those fields appear multiple times. Is there a way to have them only appear once regardless of how may RSVPs they place? similar to name and email?

Thanks so much for reaching out!

In other words, you’d like your attendee information fields to show up once, rather than per each attendee, correct?

Unfortunately, at this time that feature isn’t available out of the box.  You can try to customize things on your own, using our Themer’s Guide as a jumping off point.

You can also add this idea to our Feature Requests, as we tend to implement ideas based on customer feedback, so your input is greatly appreciated:

You can also try using a third-party form plugin to capture additional information, without it occurring on a per-attendee basis.

If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:
