  • Hi David,

Other events do appear in List View if you advanced to page 2 and then back to page 1, including non-recurring events.

In any case, can you provide me with the URL that you are importing, so that I can run some tests on my end?

Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

Thanks so much for reaching out!

You can have the system send tickets from any chosen email address by simply installing, configuring and testing the following plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/

Using a real SMTP server with authentication will bypass the built-in WP mail functionality altogether.

Please make sure you configure and test the settings using the plugin’s built-in tool.

Let me know if that helps!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Jess,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

As a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
    This is usually because of:

        1.    A conflict with another plugin

        2.    A conflict with your WordPress theme

        3.    A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating

When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.

A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.

The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts  procedure and let us know what you find out.

Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.

But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:

        1.    Make a backup of your database

        2.    Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)

Let me know how that goes!

    Thanks,
    Jaime

    Hi Sarah,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

I was unable to view your site, as an error came up, but can you take a screenshot of what you are referring to so that I can provide some more specific advice to you?

In the meantime, I’d recommend starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide, which can show you which templates can be edited and copied in order to achieve the results that you are looking for.

Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!

    Thanks,

in reply to: Woocommerce and Event Tickets conflict #1497347

    Hi Deneen,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

I tried to replicate this issue with the latest version of Event Tickets, Event Tickets Plus, and WooCommerce and everything worked as expected for me.

Although you have already started conflict testing, let’s start there.  A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.

The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.

in reply to: Is there a way to format the attendee form? #1497345

    Hi Juli-Anne,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

You can try adding something like the following to your WordPress Customizer or theme’s (or child theme’s) stylesheet:

    .tribe-tickets-meta {
    display: inline;
    }

Let me know if that helps!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Regarding: Shared Capacity #1497329

    Hi Ross,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

Currently, only tickets can use the Shared Capacity feature.  However, you can create a free ticket by setting the ticket cost to 0, which should be able to give you the functionality that you are looking for.

Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Janet,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

After reviewing your request this essentially looks like a custom development task and so is outside of our stated scope of support.

With that being said, we’d love to help point you in the right direction.

I’d recommend starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide, which can show you which templates can be edited and copied in order to attempt the results that you are looking for.

If you’d prefer not to tackle this customization on your own, we may be able to assist you further. We do need to prioritize support requests from other customers at this time but I’ll certainly flag this with the team and – although we can’t make any promises – if we have time and space to come back and help, we’ll be happy to do so.  Please let us know if you’d like to go this route so that you can be added to this queue.

In the meantime, if there is any more information you can share (including mocks) that will help us to better understand what you are seeking please do feel free to add them to this ticket.

If you urgently need help with this, however, you may instead wish to consider working with a suitably skilled developer or designer who can offer the additional level of support you require.

Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Joelle,

Thanks so much for reaching out again!

Can you point me to one of the events that is not showing in Month View and take a screenshot of what that event looks like in the backend, so that I can try to replicate things on my end?

Let me know if anything else comes up in the meantime!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Can I have subsets of tickets to share inventory? #1497301

    Hi Kathy,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

You can set a shared capacity for all of your 50 hotel rooms, and then set each ticket for the king bed to a capacity of 20 and each ticket for the double bed to 30.  It should look something like this:

Let me know if that helps!

    Hi Jonas,

    Hi Randy,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

Unfortunately there isn’t a way to make this happen right out of the box.

As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

in reply to: How can I include keyword search in my filter? #1497285

    Hi Benjamin,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

The only way I could think to achieve this would be to have a list of pre-selected keywords, and add a filter to Filter Bar with these keywords, so that users can select from these keywords at the same time as they select other filters.

You may find the following articles useful in helping you to achieve this customization:

I hope this helps, let me know how it goes!

in reply to: Shortcodes for organiser calendar #1497266

    Hi Saulius,

Thanks for providing me with that information!

As a next step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play. Can you start off by disabling any caching plugin or file that you have enabled, and see if that resolves the issue?

If not, I’d recommend running through our testing for conflicts  procedure to see if that can shed light on the issue.

Let me know how that goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime
