ParticipantWhen users RSVP for free events they are getting the “This page isn’t working… HTTP 500” error. After deactivating all plugins and re-activating one-to-one the problem is a conflict with Woocommerce and Event tickets. I have had to turn off Woocommerce. How can this be fixed? Please help!

KeymasterHi Deneen,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I tried to replicate this issue with the latest version of Event Tickets, Event Tickets Plus, and WooCommerce and everything worked as expected for me.
Although you have already started conflict testing, let’s start there. A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

ParticipantThank you Jamie. I went over to my staging site did a full sync of prod to staging. On staging error doesn’t occur but on prod it still occurs. The one difference that I see is that the staging site isn’t using the SSL/Https? Have you come accross this type of issue?

ParticipantJamie,
It was an error with GoDaddy and this fixed it:
Open your hosting account, go to File manager and access this folder: wp-content
Rename this file object-cache.php to object-cache-OLD.php
Sorry to of bugged you!!!
