    I purchased Event Ticket Plus because of the shared capacity feature, so I naturally assumed this included RSVP included with paid tickets. Based on my testing shared capacity doesn’t work across paid tickets and RSVP. I need to have a FREE ticket but you have to add a cost to the ticket. Did I miss something in the configuration settings?

    Summary: I need to have a free option that shares capacity with paid tickets. HOW DO I DO THIS?

    Somebody please help me 🙂

    Hi Ross,

    Thanks so much for reaching out!

    Currently, only tickets can use the Shared Capacity feature.  However, you can create a free ticket by setting the ticket cost to 0, which should be able to give you the functionality that you are looking for.

    I tested this functionality while using the most recent update of our plugins and things worked as expected.

    I’m not seeing a screenshot attached, would you mind re-attaching?
