ParticipantI am using the shortcode for the events calendar, and its all great except for the map view.
The map shows up at the top of my page separated from the rest of the plugin info.Is there a way to fix this?

KeymasterHi Sarah,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I was unable to view your site, as an error came up, but can you take a screenshot of what you are referring to so that I can provide some more specific advice to you?
In the meantime, I’d recommend starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide, which can show you which templates can be edited and copied in order to achieve the results that you are looking for.
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

ParticipantThank you for getting back to me. Sorry, we had to make the site live and I have disabled the map functionality.
You can see the issue here on a staging site: https://staging1.trufflefestival.com.au/program/?tribe_event_display=mapI am guessing its something to do with the way it’s interacting with the theme Divi.
But I am hoping you can give me some more direction if I need to follow it up with their developers directly.April 9, 2018 at 4:44 am #1500339Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterHi Sarah,
As a first step, you can try switching to a default WordPress theme, like ‘Twentyseventeen’ and see if the map appears the same way there. This way, you will be able to know if the theme is causing the issue.
Let me know how that goes and if you have any other questions along the way!
Thanks,
Jaime

ParticipantOk I’ve put it back into 2017 and as you can see the shortcodes from the site build are sitting in between the map and the event listings.
I’m happy for you to log into the site and play around if that’s useful. This is a staging site and I’m fine with it being mucked up.
I’ve updated this page to remove all the shortcodes from divi. The same issue still happens. In map view the map sits above the main content of the page, even though the shortcode comes after the initial content.
In the backend I have:
content
event shortcode
contentBut in map view it shows
Map
Content
event listing
content. The map should be directly above the event listing rather than pushed to the top of the page.

KeymasterHi Sarah,
Unfortunately we cannot log in to your site per our Support Policy, but I will do my best to assist you here.
It seems that your site is currently not working for me, so I am unable to view what you are referring to.
In any case, if you are seeing this issue with Twentyseventeen, can you take a screenshot of what you are seeing?
Also you may want to play around with the page templates and stylesheets that you have set up and see if that makes a difference in the display:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/stylesheets-and-page-templates/
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

ParticipantHi Jaime
Thanks for getting back to me.
Here is a video for you to see what’s happening: https://www.useloom.com/share/e743b4b790144736948182a9e7481748I don’t think playing with the template will help this issue because its something that the shortcode itself is doing in pushing the map above any content on the page.
I look forward to hearing back from you. We are very keen to use the map functionality for our site.
Thanks
