KeymasterHi Ana,
I am seeing this when I try to view your system information:

Can you try copying and pasting your system information from Events < Help into a private reply here?
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi John,
Unfortunately I got a message that said that the link had expired, so I was unable to upload your theme.
Alternatively, you could provide me with a link to the page where you are seeing the issue so I can try to make some suggestions from there.
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Tom,
Thanks for providing me with that information.
Unfortunately, I could reproduce the same issue on my end. I have added this thread to the existing bug report for this issue, so that this thread will be notified when a fix has become available.
I will set this thread’s status as “Pending fix” for now.
We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience while we work on this.
Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Austin,
Sorry to hear that you are also experiencing this issue. Would you mind opening up a separate thread, so that we can provide you with personalized support?
I’d start off by including your system information and running through our testing for conflicts procedure.
You can referenced this thread there as well.
Let us know what you find!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Jason,
Unfortunately this feature still doesn’t exist, but you can vote on this idea in our Feature Requests, as we tend to implement ideas based on customer feedback, so your input is greatly appreciated:
If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:

Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi James,
Thanks for providing me with that information.
Can you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see?
Also, can you try updating your plugin manually via the following tutorial:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/manual-updates/
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Kathy,
Yes, your explanation of Shared Capacity is correct. You can set up your tickets with that configuration in order to sell your tickets.
Unfortunately there is no way to set an inventory limit, but you can change the capacity for each of the ticket types so that there is a limit on how many you can sell for each one. So for example, you can set the capacity for 4 persons 2 doubles to 10, but leave within the shared capacity. Does that make sense?
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Ross,
I tested this functionality while using the most recent update of our plugins and things worked as expected.
I’m not seeing a screenshot attached, would you mind re-attaching?
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

KeymasterHi Anastasia,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Just to let you know, we are limited by our Support Policy in how much we can help with customizations, but I will try to point you in the right direction.
I’d recommend starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide, which can show you which templates can be edited and copied in order to achieve the results that you are looking for.
You can take a look at the wootickets/tickets.php file to start.
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Saulius,
Yes, that is definitely a possibility. Can you try following the steps outlined in the following forum thread and see if that helps to resolve the issue?

Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime
