ModeratorHey James,
Thank you for choosing PRO and welcome to our support forums π
What you’ve described does not sound like typical behavior. The first step here would be to review our Testing for conflicts guide to see if you can narrow down the culprit. Reply back with any details you may have and we’ll continue investigating.
Thank you again and have a wonderful rest of your Wednesday!

ModeratorHello and welcome back to the forums!
I took a quick look at your site and do see that your non-event pages have a menu on the left side, but they’re missing from your event pages. Strange indeed!
Unfortunately, I can’t be of much help here :-/ Reason being is theme conflicts extend beyond what we’re able to support. If possible, I recommend contacting your theme author to see if they have any insight on the matter.
Our Themer’s Guide and New User Primer are excellent resources for getting the plugin set up properly and looking great. I would also recommend trying different options found under Events > Settings > Display.
Again, I wish I could do more to help. Happy customizing and thank you for choosing PRO. Have a great Wednesday!

ModeratorHi and welcome back π
I would be happy to investigate these issues with you! As an always recommended first step, can you please review our Testing for conflicts guide to see if we can narrow down the source of conflict? Let me know your findings and we’ll go from there.
Thank you for choosing PRO and have a wonderful rest of your Wednesday!

ModeratorHey Dawn,
Thanks for getting back to me. As you previously stated:
I donβt remember whether that code was provided by tribe support, as it was a very long time ago.
I believe it was not.We are unfortunately unable to support these types of requests due to the code you need assistance with isn’t actually our code, so we are not technically responsible for whether it “works” or not. I hope this clarifies our position on the matter and do apologize I can’t do more. If you need further assistance, we’ve got a list of folks than can possibly help you out. Thanks again and take care.

ModeratorHey Gerry,
I visited the http://tabletennisengland.co.uk/tournaments/ and am not getting a 404 error. Since /tournaments/ is in the link, it appears pretty permalinks are working. If they weren’t, it would look like this: http://tabletennisengland.co.uk/?post_type=tribe_events.
Can you send over a screenshot of what your WP permalink settings are? I honestly am having a hard time “seeing” an issue in play, so I’m not sure you need to be looking for a solution. I’ve had a few team members take a look at this thread and we’re on the same page, so if we’re missing something, please feel free to clarify. But as of right now, it appears your permalinks are working as expected.

ModeratorHey Mark,
Glad to hear you’ve got it figured out! Check out this resource from Woo on how to Automatically Complete Orders.
And to answer your second question, our Themer’s Guide does a good job explaining how to customize essentially every template our plugin offers. About halfway down on that article, it gives details on which files you need to overwrite pertaining to Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus.
Let me know if you have any more questions and thanks for keeping me posted!

ModeratorHey James,
I apologize for not answering your previous thread sooner, it somehow got lost in translation until today! I’ll go ahead and recap my first response here…
Essentially, the Avada theme has pre-built customizations for our plugin. I did a little digging but was unfortunately unable to locate any documentation on how to go about moving the sections on your single-event.php page.
Your best bet in this situation would be to reach out to the Avada support team if you haven’t already to see if they can provide insight on how you’d make your needed customizations.
Best of luck and again, my apologies for the delayed response on your first thread.

ModeratorHey Ashleigh!
We actually have a Knowledgebase article called Changing the Text of Filter Bar titles π
Check it out and let me know if it works for you. Thanks for reaching out and have a good rest of the day!

ModeratorHi Darcey,
My apologies for not responding to your thread sooner, it somehow eluded me!
We do have a logged bug at priority 1 (A.K.A. Thread Level Midnight) which aims to address the settings not being saved. I’ve attached this thread to the bug for the developers to reference. Unfortunately, I don’t have a solid date/time to give you, but I can assure you it’s on it’s way.
To address your second question, if you haven’t already, read through our PRO widget shortcodes article to see if there is a shortcode that might work for you. I don’t believe we have a shortcode that does exactly what you need, but we do have some pretty cool stuff coming up in a feature release that is focused on improving how our plugin displays events.
I’m sure these aren’t exactly the answers you’re looking for, but at this time, it is the most information I have. Thank you for choosing PRO and please reply back with any more questions or comments. Have a good Tuesday!
