ModeratorHey James,
Thank you for your patience. My sincerest apologies if my answer came off as “canned.” It appears you’re using the Avada theme which has customizations pre-built into it for our plugin. I’m not sure I’m able to support you here as I don’t have a copy of the Avada theme. If you haven’t already, you may want to try contacting the Avada support to see if they have any insight on how to go about moving the meta sections to your liking.
I wish I had a better answer for you but unfortunately, theme customizations are outside the scope we’re able to provide per forum rules. Good luck with the coding and have a good week.

ModeratorGlad to hear you’ve got it taken care of! It’s definitely a little strange how it works, but I don’t make the decisions around here 😉
Have a good one!

ModeratorWelcome back!
Our plugin doesn’t include template files for event category archives. The best way to go about customizing these “pages” would be through the use of the ‘tribe_is_event_category‘ function.
Good luck with the customizations and thank you for choosing PRO 🙂

ModeratorHello,
I do wish I had a better answer for you at this time, but I don’t have a workaround until we can improve how our plugin handles large amounts of Facebook IDs/events.
Keep an eye on your wp-admin and theeventscalendar.com/blog for maintenance and feature release info. As previously stated, we’ve got a logged ticket focused on improving the Facebook importer plugin. I can’t give a concrete date on when it will be released, but it is being addressed.
Thank you again and my sincerest apologies I can’t be of more help. Take care and have a good rest of your Tuesday.

ModeratorHey Gerry,
From what I can see, it appears that your site is working with pretty permalinks: http://tabletennisengland.co.uk/tournaments/
Also, if this page is any indication of your permalink structure (/%category%/%postname%/), it also appears to be working properly: http://tabletennisengland.co.uk/thenews/news/in-your-area/
On an unrelated note, your theme doesn’t appear to support body classes. It also seems to be missing the closing body and html tags (could be the theme, could be a plugin that’s causing that).
At this point, I’m not really sure what could be causing the permalink issue (if it’s still an issue) :-/ Unfortunately we’re unable to log into customer sites and I’ve exhausted my resources on the matter. If possible, create a test site using the default theme and only our plugins and see if you’re able to replicate the problems.
Best of luck troubleshooting and have a great Tuesday!

ModeratorWelcome back,
Have you tested to see if emails are sent when their order status has been marked as ‘Complete’? With the Easy WP SMTP plugin, you should be able to configure the settings so the emails are delivered properly. It is ultimately up to you at this point to take the reigns. I wish I could be of more assistance, but we don’t have any logged bugs of users reporting similar issues and I’m able to send/receive emails on my test site successfully.
You may want to review our Testing for conflicts guide to see if you’re potentially experiencing a theme and/or plugin conflict. If you wouldn’t mind, send over your System Information as a private reply and I’ll see if anything stands out that may be impeding the emails from being received.
I hope this helps and best of luck getting the emails to get delivered properly. Have a good week!

ModeratorGreg,
Glad to hear you got it figured out and I’m happy I could assist. I’ll close this thread out but feel free to open a new one if anything else comes up. Have a great week!

ModeratorHey Gerry,
Thank you for the responses.
Can you please confirm you’ve reviewed our Fixing HTTP 404 errors article? It is not the same as our Testing for conflicts guide. If so, thank you ahead of time.
Reply back and let me know. In the mean time, I’ll bring this thread to the attention of my fellow support team members to see if they have any insight on the matter. As of right now, we don’t have any logged bugs of users reporting similar issues.
Thanks again and take care.

ModeratorHey Danny,
Thanks for clarifying with more detail. Would you mind sending a link to the page containing the widget you need assistance with? For styling changes, I typically recommend using the ‘Inspect’ tool by right-clicking your mouse and identifying CSS classes. Once you’ve done that, you can apply changes to your site’s style.css file. It appears you’re using the Avada theme, so you can do that under your Theme Options section.
We also have a KB article geared towards styling the Mini Calendar Widget. Let me know if any of this helps and enjoy the 115 degrees today… I’m right there with you 🙂

If you wouldn’t mind, please post to our premium support forums or if you’re not a premium license holder, our WordPress.org forums are regularly maintained. Thank you for understanding and I’ll keep an eye out for your question in the appropriate forum.
Enjoy the remainder of your weekend!

ModeratorHi and welcome back,
I can give you a rough idea on how to go about adding the navigation links above the events, but please note our support on these types of customizations is limited. After some quick testing, I was able to successfully add the navigation above the list of events on /list/ view by editing /the-events-calendar/src/views/list/content.php. I copied lines 57-64 and pasted them on line 18. Once I refreshed my /list/ view, the navigation links displayed as desired.
Make sure and follow our Themer’s Guide when making customizations to avoid losing them when updating our plugins.
I hope this helps and best of luck. Have a great rest of your weekend!

ModeratorHello and welcome to the forums 🙂
Unfortunately our plugin doesn’t allow for category featured images at this time, however it might be an idea worth mentioning on our UserVoice Feature Ideas!
There are plugins in the WP repository that can help assist in adding featured images to categories. Best of luck and thank you for reaching out. Have a good weekend!

ModeratorHey James,
Welcome back 🙂
Our Themer’s Guide does a great job of providing examples on how to create custom templates. If you have any specific questions after running through that guide, feel free to respond and I’d be happy to point you in the right direction.
Have a good rest of your weekend and thanks for reaching out!
