ModeratorHi Julie,
Welcome to the support forums 🙂
I took a look at the screenshot and it appears you’re experiencing a theme conflict. Can you confirm this by reviewing our Testing for conflicts guide?
Have a good Saturday and thanks for choosing PRO!

ModeratorHey Michael,
Thank you for choosing PRO and welcome to the support forums 🙂
We have a logged bug of users reporting similar issues. For the time being, we recommend downgrading to version 4.1.3 until we can come up with a fix. You’ll also need to manually update the plugin – instructions can be found here.
We’ll keep you updated with maintenance information via theeventscalendar.com/blog and your wp-admin when the updated version is released. Thank you again and my apologies you’re dealing with this bug. Have a good weekend!

ModeratorWelcome back,
My sincerest apologies for providing misleading information. I appreciate your understanding and truly apologize if I caused you to spend unnecessary time looking for the answer you needed.
I’ll close this thread out but please feel free to open a new one if you run into any more questions or concerns. Have a good rest of your weekend.

ModeratorWelcome back,
If you’re on shared hosting and have a lot (hard to give a precise number) of Facebook IDs/events you’re attempting to import, you may run into slow load times and page load issues on the Facebook import tab.
If you have the ability to increase your server’s ‘max_execution_time’, that might help enable the server to fetch all the events you’re attempting to import. Rest assured we are hard at work on improving how the plugin handles large amounts of Facebook IDs and events.
Best of luck and thank you for the patience and understanding shown on your end. Have a good weekend!

ModeratorWelcome back and thank you for the response,
I’m unfortunately unable to reproduce the issue. To clarify, does the issue occur when you remove the code provided in your second response and revert back to the Twenty Sixteen theme with only our plugins active ? Also, was that code provided to you by a support team member?
Have a good Saturday and thanks again 🙂
Hunter
ModeratorWelcome back,
Thanks for the screenshot and in-depth description 🙂
The calendar seen is our mini calendar widget. We’ve included a shortcode so you can embed the mini calendar into a page or post: [tribe_mini_calendar]
You can see all the shortcodes included with PRO here. Let me know if this answers your question and have a good weekend!

ModeratorDo the 404 errors still occur when setting permalinks to ‘Post name’ rather than custom? Please review this quick article on best practices for permalinks and let me know if it works out. Have a good rest of your weekend!

ModeratorHello,
Try deactivating all plugins other than The Events Calendar (free version) and PRO (paid version) and visit the edit event screen. It should display then. If not, reply back and we’ll go from there.

ModeratorGloria,
Thank you for reaching out and welcome to the forums 🙂
Forgive me if I’m mistaken, but I believe you’re attempting to increase the number of events displayed per page. If so, visit Events > Settings > General and enter a great number than 10 (see screenshot below).

If you’re looking to do something else, can you send over a screenshot and/or link to the page you’d like to display 13 events on? Thank you again and have a good upcoming Friday!
Hunter
ModeratorHi and welcome back,
Can you please confirm if the issue still occurs after reviewing our Testing for conflicts guide? We’ll need to rule out a theme and/or plugin conflict before going further.
Thanks for posting and I look forward to your response. Have a great Friday 🙂

ModeratorHey Danny,
Thank you for choosing PRO!
Can you provide more detail on what you’re looking to accomplish? If possible, include screenshots and I’d be happy to help where I can. Thanks again and I look forward to your response.

ModeratorHey Danny,
Welcome back 🙂
The PRO version doesn’t include any kind of Facebook functionality, but our Facebook Events plugin allows you to import events using both the Facebook page ID and Facebook event ID’s. More information and a breakdown of all the features can be found here.
Let me know if this helps and if you have any follow-up questions. Thank you for reaching out and have an excellent day!
