Price box appears on just 1 event listing

Am converting from Woo tickets to Events and have an issue that on 1 event a gray box with a price appears in the listing.

I can’t work out where this has come from, it only appears on 1 event and it looks the same settings as the others.

Any idea where this can be switched off?

If you have a value entered in the event’s ‘Cost‘ field (see screenshot below), the price will display in the list view as shown in your screenshot. Can you temporarily deactivate all plugins other than The Events Calendar and The Events Calendar PRO, visit the ‘Industrial Rope Access Training – London’ edit event page, scroll down to ‘Cost’ and remove the ‘700’ value?

Reactivate your ticketing plugins and visit the list view to see if the price still displays. Let me know how it goes for you.

Thanks for that but I don’t seem to have an event cost section, is this the same if using woocommerce?

I have a Tickets section and 3 types of ticket listed under woocommerce but don’t see a section like your screenshot

Hello,

Try deactivating all plugins other than The Events Calendar (free version) and PRO (paid version) and visit the edit event screen. It should display then. If not, reply back and we’ll go from there.

Ah I see what you mean now, sorry.
After I deactivated Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus then I was able to see the field you meant and take the value out.
