ModeratorThanks for your patience while I did a bit more research. It looks like you could add a conditional around the enqueue script you shared in your previous answer. This is a good resource for conditionals too 🙂
Best of luck getting the two to play nicely and please note that we’re limited on the support we’re able to provide for theme and/or plugin conflicts, so you’ll need to take it from here. Thank you for understanding and have a good upcoming weekend.

ModeratorHey Dave,
Thanks for posting to the support forums and also sending over the errors given.
I just tested to see if I could replicate the issue but unfortunately was unable to do so (see screenshot below).

Can you please confirm you’re able to successfully connect to Eventbrite after hitting the ‘Get Authorization‘ button found under Events > Settings > APIs > Eventbrite? If not, what error do you get?
Also, I just like to confirm you’ve followed our Testing for conflicts guide to eliminate the potential of a theme and/or plugin conflict. Lastly, if you wouldn’t mind, please send over your full System Information as a private reply.
Cheers!

ModeratorHey Michael,
Welcome back 🙂
Is there any way you can provide screenshots and possibly step-by-step instructions I need follow in order to replicate the issue? I’ve done the most I can with the information provided, but am unable to see the same behavior described in your initial post.
I do want to point out that theme/plugin conflicts are typically outside the scope we’re able to provide, but seeing as it’s related to ACF (a very common plugin), I don’t mind going a bit more in-depth to see if I can identify an actual bug here.
Thank you for reaching out and I look forward to your response.
Cheers!

ModeratorHey Joe,
Sorry to hear about the mysteriously disappearing attendee lists. I just did a quick check in our logged bug reports, but luckily it doesn’t seem like it’s a widespread problem as no relative reports exist at this time.
Our first step here would be to review our Testing for conflicts guide to see if we can identify the source of contention. Respond back with what you learn and we’ll take it from there.
We appreciate you choosing PRO for you events calendar needs and I look forward to resolving this with you. Have a good one!

ModeratorHey Jill,
Sorry to hear about the unexpected troubles! I see you’ve ran through our Testing for conflicts guide and have sent over the System Information, so thank you for that!
Can you please send a link to an event page that is giving you the ‘elusive attendee list’ issue? I’d be happy to investigate further 🙂
Respond back and we’ll go from there. Thank you for reaching out and I look forward to getting this resolved.

ModeratorHello and thank you for reaching out,
Welcome to our Pre-Sales Channel! While I’d love to help fulfill this support request, we typically ask that these types of inquiries be posted in either our free or Premium support forums (Premium for those who have a valid a PRO license).
If you don’t have or are looking for more information about Events Calendar PRO, you can learn all the details and features here.
Thanks for understanding and I’ll keep an eye on the free and PRO forums as I’d be happy to assist you. Have a good upcoming weekend and thanks again for reaching out!

ModeratorThank you for the response,
Would you mind sharing your System Information as a private reply? I’ll need the entire System Information, so please follow the instructions outlined in that article. Additionally, does the issue still occur when running through our Testing for conflicts guide?
Thanks again and have a good one.
Cheers!

ModeratorThank you for responding 🙂
We do test with the default WP themes, including Twenty Fourteen. Depending on the level of customization done to the theme, it may negate our ability support conflicts with these themes.
Also, would you mind linking to the forum threads you reference in your previous posts? I’d be happy to take a look and see if they can help further assist. As of right now, we don’t have any logged bugs of users reporting similar issues, and I’m able to successfully display content in the left sidebar on the Twenty Fourteen theme on every page, including event-related pages (see screenshot below).

Thanks again and have a good day.

ModeratorGlad I could be of assistance! I’ll close this thread out but please feel free to open a new one if you have any more questions or concerns. Have a good weekend!

ModeratorHey Dawn,
My sincerest apologies for not catching that you had removed the custom code and are still experiencing problems. Can you try reverting to a previous version and see if the Event Categories show back up? You can download prior versions of free version here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/developers/
To download previous versions of the PRO version, visit your Downloads page.
As of right now, we don’t have any logged bugs of users reporting similar issues, so I’m not sure what exactly is causing the issue. With that said, I’m afraid you’ll have to work this out on your own as we’re unable to log into customer sites :-/
Let me know if reverting back to a previous version works. I’m not dismissing a bug here, I’m just not sure how to go about identifying the source of conflict. Thank you for understanding and your patience while we work through this.
Cheers!

ModeratorHello Jorge 🙂
Sorry to hear you’re experiencing this known bug :-/
For now, the best solution we have would be to revert back to version 4.1.3 which can be downloaded here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/developers/
You’ll also need to manually update as instructed here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/manual-updates/
I’ve attached this forum thread to the logged bug. Stay tuned to your wp-admin and theeventscalendar.com/blog for maintenance release info. We have this as a top priority, so rest assured it’s being worked on as we speak. Have a great rest of your day and thanks for your patience while we work towards a resolution!

ModeratorHello, Eileen!
While this type of support request is typically out of our hands, I found my main man George has already answered this question 🙂
Try adding the following code to your theme’s functions.php file:
add_filter( 'tribe_rsvp_email_recipient', '__return_empty_array' );I did a quick test on my local environment with the default WP theme and only our plugins active and it seemed to work for me. Best of luck and thanks for choosing PRO!

ModeratorHey William,
Thanks for posting. I did a quick check to see if there were any available snippets or examples of other users doing this, but unfortunately was unable to.
While overriding core files is never recommended, you could achieve what you’re looking for by visiting the /admin-views/ folders in both the free and PRO versions of our plugin files. From there, you should be able to track down the proper code and rearrange it to your liking. I would love to be of more assistance but these types of requests are unfortunately out of our hands :-/
One idea I have would be to visit our UserVoice Feature Ideas and add this as an idea if it hasn’t been already. We are always taking the most popular ideas and integrating them into our plugins 🙂
I hope this helps and best of luck with the tinkering. Have a good day!
