MemberGood afternoon Michael and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. In some cases the WooCommerce emails associated to tickets get blocked along the way.
There are a couple of thing to do to tackle this:- Review your settings at the bottom of the Events -> Settings -> Tickets page and make sure they reflect the correct order status triggers.
- You can have the system send tickets from any chosen email address by simply installing, configuring and testing the following plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/
Using a real SMTP server with authentication will bypass the built-in WP mail functionality altogether.
Please make sure you configure and test the settings using the plugin’s built-in tool.
Finally, there is currently an incompatibility between our plugins and WooCommerce 3.2.x.
Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point. But stay tuned, you will be contacted when the fix is released.
In the meantime, the workaround is to downgrade to WooCommerce version 3.1.2
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood afternoon Sarah,
I am super stoked that you were able to find a solution that works for you.
To your point, I believe that we could create a snippet that deactivates that plugin on ticket products and ticket-related pages.
You are welcome back in our support forums any time 🙂
For now, I am going to close this thread.
Have a great week!

MemberGood afternoon Ginnie and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. To display a custom message when no events are available for a specific category in the context of the shortcode exclusively is possible.
However it will require customization on your end.
You can read about that here: https://theeventscalendar.com/customizations/
If coding is not really your cup of tea, you could always hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.
With that in mind, it is fairly easy to change that for everything (meaning not specifically for these contexts). Read the following article to accomplish that: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/change-the-wording-of-any-bit-of-text-or-string/
The string to change is “There are no upcoming %s at this time.”
Another solution would be to use a snippet to fast forward to the next upcoming event if any while using a shortcode. I would need an example of usage to point you in the correct direction.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood afternoon Matt and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. There are 2 ways to address this issue:
- Heading over to Divi options and changing the setting for Archives post to show.
- Installing the following extension that bypasses that setting for Divi users: https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/elegant-themes-divi-theme-compatibility/
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood afternoon Elton and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the issues you have experienced with Event Tickets Plus so far.
I would love to help you with this topic. We have created an event and ticket with Attendee Fields but the Attendee Form does not appear when we do a checkout.
The attendee fields should appear on the single event page.
But, they do not appear on the cart page (which is standard behaviour). As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
What would be great is if you could also share an example of a page with a ticket (URL).
I am seeing one here: http://www.magnesium.tech/Ticketing/#eluid98ffa52e
But I am pretty sure this one will not work properly as it has been added using a WooCommerce interface (as opposed to using the ticket within a page, post or event).Simply put, the WooCommerce product on its own does not contain the attendee data aspect of things. The ticket needs to be tied to a page, event or post somehow.
You can test this theory by enabling tickets on pages under Events -> Settings -> Tickets.
Once that is done, create and activate the ticket with attendee info using the Tickets metabox on that page. Also, the system does not allow anyone to register even though we ticked the box for users to register before buying a ticket.
This is pretty surprising and unfortunate. Could you test that in the context of not including this a simple WooCommerce product (like previously discussed) ?
Where can i find proper documentation in detail or videos showing how to use this plugins from the onset.
You can get all of this on our site. Here are a couple of them:

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the tickets not being sent
I would love to help you with this topic. There could be a couple of reasons for this.
Would you mind telling me what the default order status is for purchases done through Paypal ?Can you also share a screenshot your settings under Events -> Settings -> Tickets ?
Can you run a test using Paypal as a gateway while having the Autocomplete orders plugin temporarily deactivated &
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood afternoon Lance and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the month navigation not responding on your website.
I would love to help you with this topic.By the looks of it (from Google Chrome’s developer console), there is an error 500 being triggered by some type of JQuery conflict.
As a side note, I would highly recommend upgrading to a more recent version of PHP (at least 5.4+) as the one you are using is starting to be quite dated and may create issues.
Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme and child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.Hang in there!

MemberGood afternoon Julius,
Thanks so much for getting in touch!
I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for Event Tickets users here in our pre-sales forum.
But, the good news is that you are still welcome to consult this forum and all our premium forums to your liking and browse it for solutions, snippets and tutorials.
We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
- On the WordPress.org support forum for Event Tickets.
- If you’re a current premium license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product.
With that in mind, there is no known conflict between our plugins and Divi.
I am wondering if this is not another type of conflict.By the sound of it, it looks like there is some type of conflict at play.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
- Make a backup of your database
- Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)

MemberGood morning Jaakko and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch. We are just about to release a fix for this.
The good news is that you will be contacted as soon as the fix is available.
Thank you for your patience as we see this through. In the meantime, downgrading WooCommerce to version 3.1.2 solves the issue.
Best regards,

MemberGood morning Doris,
I am glad to hear you are making progress.
With that in mind, can you review the following: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/forum/events/events-calendar-pro/I am wondering if you did also install our free the Events Calendar plugin.
The reason I am asking is because the Events Calendar Pro extends the Events Calendar, it does not replace it.Therefore, you will need to have both plugins active for things to work.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberGood morning Joël,
Thank you for writing back.
You are almost there. What needs to change is that the initial string needs to be in English.
In your case that means “In den Warenkorb” should read “Add to cart”.Let me know how that goes.
